Newly remodeled, historic, sunny, fully-furnished, 400-square-foot cozy backyard guesthouse and separate Office/Studio space are located in an idyllic setting available for 30+ day rentals. Sit in the courtyard, sip your coffee or tea and check email, relax in Adirondack chairs in the backyard, feed the resident chickens, watch the deer meander through your yard, and enjoy the natural setting while still being conveniently located to everything Boulder offers.

Restaurants and a coffee shop are less than a mile away. Trails for running, hikes or walks are nearby. Ride the complimentary bikes or take the bus to shopping and dining on Boulder's renowned Pearl Street Shopping Mall. Drive 30 minutes to Denver or 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Amazing location/ Beautiful space

Magical. The houses are small but mighty- totally renovated and so well done. Fab shower and bed and soft towels- very clean, w all the right stuff. Hosts are lovely- hardly saw them unless they were bringing fresh eggs from the most adorable chickens! Love this place- already booked for next time!

Beautiful oasis

The cottage was a beautiful oasis! Very clean and serene in our favorite neighborhood in Boulder. Kristin and her family were accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay. We hope we can use it again!

Amazing accommodations - Amazing hosts

This special place is one of a kind. It is unique - newly renovated - and in an excellent neighborhood. Mountain views and nature surrounds you! The hosts are amazing - responsive and a true delight to work with. I highly recommend this property if you want to be close to everything Boulder has to offer, yet prefer a peaceful environment.

Charming place, wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming VRBO. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and also gave us our space. This is a unique place in that there are two small units near to each other. They are not large, but they are well-appointed and we appreciated the modern styling and the lack of trite "Live, Love, Laugh" signage that besets many vacation rentals these days. The rental is in a quiet part of town, near trails and just a short drive to amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and will miss this place.

Absolutely terrific month!

I stayed here in Boulder for about a month, and this place was fantastic to stay in. The hosts were super friendly and very responsive to any questions I had, and the property was amazing! You have a living space and then a separate unit to work from home in. Not to mention the outside space! The location is also great - near everything and so much to do! Would love to stay here again. 10/10!

Amazing stay and great hosts

This place was truly perfect in every way. Its proximity to many great trails and easy access to downtown made it an ideal location. The vast garden was also a really welcome addition. Moreover, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and everything necessary for a long stay was provided, which was a lovely touch. The hosts were exceptional in their communication, readily available for any questions or requests, and their warm hospitality made us feel immediately welcome. Their local insights and recommendations were particularly helpful. Overall, our stay here was flawless, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Great tucked away house in a beautiful neighborhood

I had just moved to boulder and needed a place to stay long term till i found a house. The hosts were amazing, the place is well appointed and beautifully done, you have access to a work area in another cottage and space in the garage for your car, you have your own driveway and private walk to the cottage. The property is amazing and real close to trails near mt sanitas and wonderland lake or you can stroll down 4th to pearl and enjoy the shops and things. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again a 5 star place with great hosts on a wonderful property! Highly recommend you check it out!

Peaceful retreat

The guest house did not disappoint. It was exactly as described on line and more. My host greeted me with fresh eggs and provided me with information to make my stay in Boulder perfect. The guest house is light and bright. I loved looking at wildflowers, deer, bunnies and of course the chickens, I spent my mornings with coffee and a croissant sitting outside in the most beautiful yard. Friends visited and have not stopped telling me how lucky I was to be there. I knew that. I wish I could have been able to take the bed in my car as it was dreamy. Just book this little piece of heaven now. You will not regret.

Perfect Base Camp for Every Type of Adventure

This property was everything we could have possibly hoped for on our “working vacation”. We had more than enough space for cooking, hanging out, yoga, and separate work spaces for our full-time roles. Wi-Fi was spotless and easily kept up with all of our video calls. The house was fully stocked, filled with high end finishes, and had tons of windows bringing in sunlight all day long. The outdoor spaces were super peaceful and open, including walks around the neighborhood and hikes into the foothills starting at the end of the block. We packed a lot into our trip and could not have asked for a more convenient location (Rocky Mtn. Nat’l Park, Eldorado State Park, Red Rocks Amphitheater, mountain biking and bike parks, many trips to downtown Boulder, day trips to Ft. Collins and Denver, and almost daily hiking in the foothills or nearby paths). Can’t thank our hosts enough for the hospitality and info about the area. Hope to be back in Boulder again someday soon.
