Welcome to the Cozy Mountain Chalet! Relax with the entire family and stay at this peaceful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet while enjoying the breath taking views of Mount Le Conte from the deck. This location provides guests an opportunity to have some privacy, while being conveniently located just 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. It is located in the desirable community of Chalet Village, where guests can enjoy the many amenities that are offered.

You will get the entire house.

You will get access to swimming pools at three clubhouses from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend to the end of the day on Labor Day.

Roads:
- Please note the road to the chalet is paved but some parts are one lane only and can be curvy.

Internet/Cell Service:
- This is the mountains and Wi-Fi and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty at times. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.

Parking:
- Covered carport is located right underneath the property. Guests can park two vehicles in carport and one additional to the side of the property.

Guest count:
- Maximum 6 Guests.

Age:
- All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Smoking:
- Our Chalet is 100% NON-SMOKING.

Pets:
- Pets are NOT allowed. We are being respectful to others that have allergies.

Parties:
- No Big Parties or excessive noise. We have some neighbors that are permanent residents. We request quiet time outside between 10pm to 8am.

Hot Tub:
- The hot tub is for guests 18+. Do NOT use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Bears:
- It is not uncommon to see a bear on the road leading up to the property. Please do not try to get close or feed the bear. We also suggest to keep the property door and car doors locked at all times to ensure you don't get any unwelcomed visitors.

Critters:
- Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies. We maintain the property with monthly pests control. However, you may still see some bugs and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.

Weather:
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

Internet/ TV:
- We have Wi-Fi set up at the cabin. All TV's are Smart TVs so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms.

Starter Pack:
- We provide a starter pack consisting of:
1 single use shampoo, 1 single use conditioner, 1 single use body wash, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2 trash bags per bin, coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea. All other suppliers will need to be provided by the guest.
