    3 Valley View Barn Top Floor

    Consider staying at a barn for a unique experience. Visit with the goats morning and night or visit them in the field. Watch them out the window in the morning or take your coffee outside on the deck.
    Living in the barn with all the conveniences of home. Full Amish kitchen with all appliances. Comfortable queen size bed.
    Amazing view in all seasons.
    We also have 3 rescue barn cats that will often greet you at arrival. Farm eggs for sale.
    The space
    We are a working barn. There will be some construction taking place during business hours. We will be quiet in the evening. We have put on a deck for you to sit on for your morning coffee or to watch the stars. The deck will be closed for 2 days in Sept when we stain it.
    We are located in the country. You are likely to see deer and rabbit. There are moles, wood chucks, mice and also our 2 barn cats.

    Beautiful place to relax and reconnect with loved ones. Hosts were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We spent several hours on the balcony, watching stars and having morning coffee. Cherry on top was petting the goats!

Barbara was very helpful, including telling the story of how the farm was created and showing everything, including the animals. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained.     I loved the barn layout; extraordinary view and just far enough out of the Glen area to be a relaxed feel.

    Loved the barn property

    Short stay for 2 nights to visit watkins glen. The barn loft was great, out of the way from crowds, quiet, country. The loft was extremely roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy our immediate surroundings and the goats, chickens and farm surrounding.

    Comfortable and spacious unit with an awesome view! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We loved meeting the goats in the morning too!

    If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay, then look no further. This is the place for you. We stayed on the top floor over looking the farm. The farm animals were a bonus to our stay!!! Barbara was very accommodating and gave us some recommendations in the nearby town. I would, and plan to go back again.

    Nice little getaway

    We had a great stay. I’m a light sleeper so the rooster woke me up but I didn’t mind. Bed was super comfortable and the listing is just as described. Great communication as well!

    Lovely getaway

    Great escape to the country, a unique mix of modern conveniences in a novelty barn setting. The owners were kind enough to give us a tour of the farm and some history. The goats and cats were just as friendly too. This was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, despite a mild hay smell (it's a working barn after all) that wasn't off putting. This was close to popular tourist sites and nearby cities. We would stay again!

    Just what we needed.

    Just as advertised. Sweet barn conversion with everything you need to enjoy the area. Close to Corning and Watkins Glenn. Goats in the lower level are a big plus. The hosts were helpful and charming. We would stay with them again and again.

    A Unique Property

    The apartment was attractive, spacious, spotless and comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the valley and mountain. B.J. and Barb were warm and welcoming. They gave us a tour of the farm and introduced us to the goats, cats and chickens/roosters. This is a unique accommodation and I highly recommend it. gggoats. .

    Farm Life

    My wife and I had wonderful stay at the farm. The space is a renovated apartment on the top floor of a barn that has goats. Very spacious and nice. Beautiful views from the deck, especially during the Fall foliage season. Not hard to find and not too far from Watkins Glen and Corning. The host was easy to communicate with.

    Wish we booked more than one night, it was perfect.

    This home was very easy to get to, it was 15 mins from all the sights and places we wanted to visit. I wish we Stayed here for the full weekend, the home owners are great and we got to meet the goats. Very quiet and had plenty of room to relax. Each of the three units has private decks and entrance, a nice touch so you dont feel like a noisy neighbor early in the mornings. We plan on booking here next spring and highly suggest this rental if you are anywhere near watkins glen or any surrounding attractions. thanks again, John and Jess

    Perfect Weekend Getaway

    I cannot recommend this property enough!! I booked it for a weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. The space was extremely clean and even better than the pictures show on the listing. We enjoyed petting the goats and seeing the chickens, and the barn kitty Sammy was so friendly and loved to sit on our laps and receive lots of love. The hosts were incredible and gave us a tour of the barn which was wonderful. We also were able to buy fresh eggs which were delicious! The property is about 15 minutes from Watkins Glen. We also did a day trip to Niagara which was just under 3 hours. Highly highly recommend!!
