Luxury loft apartment in the historic Jacobsen building nestled in the heart of downtown Payette. Close to bars, restaurants, and boutiques. Centrally located between Ontario Oregon, Weiser and Fruitland with a short distance to the highway. Newer finishes with a Victorian feel you will be sure to enjoy! Please note this is a historic building with stairs as the access to the loft! We look forward to hosting you!

The Loft was in excellent shape and very comfortable. The large windows made it very inviting and the open floor plan and tall ceilings made the Loft feel much larger. The kitchen was well equipped and you could even bluetooth your phone to ceiling speakers. The bathroom was large with easy access. Evenings looking over Payette downtown were most enjoyable. I would definately stay again. Well worth it!

The apartment was a great homebase for our trip. The AC worked great, it was 100 outside but we were so comfortable inside. There is a steep staircase at the entrance, but after an 8 hour drive across Oregon we didn’t mind. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything to make meals, and the bathroom was updated and clean! Also, great people watching from all the windows.

Large space, comfortable bed, clean, well equipped kitchen. Got my daily exercise walking up and down stairs. Perfect location. Quiet. Highly recommend. Perfect spot for going to Weiser for Fiddle Contest!

This was the perfect location for our visit with family. Lots of room to spread out, kitchen was fully stocked for enjoying meals and great A/C for staying cool! Parking available at your door & walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shop and grocery/pharmacy. Host was quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again when in area.

Apple Blossom Festival fun!

I grew up in Payette but have been away for nearly 20 years. My wife and I wanted to come home to visit friends and family and enjoy the hometown festival activities. This location was perfect and the place was amazing! Clean and comfortable is an understatement. The owners have done such a great job of creating a modern space in a historic building in the heart of Payette. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Had the most wonderful stay at this property! Host was excellent and responded very quickly! The loft was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. There is a steep staircase in which you must carry your luggage up so be aware to either have help or are able to lift your belongings. Outdoor parking right in front of building. Washer dryer was very helpful to have. I had an internet issue that turned out to be an outage related to bad weather, but our host went above and beyond to try to solve the issue and even called the internet provider to trouble shoot. I was very touched by her sincere concern and it ended up working just fine the next day. My only suggestion is maybe add a lock inside the bedroom that connects to the shared bathroom :) but I would absolutely recommend this loft to anyone staying in the area :) thank you, Lauren! You are wonderful.

Overall Great Experience

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. Lauren is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I even requested a larger coffee pot and she had one waiting at the door. It felt very personal. The condo is super bright and cozy with everything you might need. We'll be back!

Close to TVCC and perfect for a lofty small town experience!

We were in town for a TVCC tournament and this was a perfect 15 minute drive away from campus. Loved the loft and the small town vibe. The place is exactly as shown in the pics. Lots of natural light and high ceilings which make it feel larger than expected. Very safe and enjoyable. If the opportunity presents itself, we will be back! The arcade games were an added bonus!

Beautifully done loft ! love the exposed brick. The old building has large windows, we watched it snow from the loft. We will definitely return.

Excellent stay, my husband and I loved it. The host was easy to communicate with and replied right away to my messages. It was easy to locate, park, and get inside. The space was very welcoming and clean and had everything you would need. The arcade games were a nice surprise. The area is nice with nearby shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

My teenagers and I came into town for my brother's wedding. We probably should've stayed in Ontario but this place was too cool to pass up and it was an easy drive back and forth. We loved it.
