This is located below the Penthouse, 18th floor that has a wrap around balcony that gives you almost a panoramic view from Coronado Bridge, Bay all the way to Coronado Beach or Pacific Ocean. This is also located in East Village Downtown, the heart of San Diego. Almost panoramic amazing Downtown, San Diego views from your own Living Room where you would get amazed by the awesome sunsetting while enjoying your meal from your own Dining sets. Not to mention, the fireworks during 4th of July. Walk to Gaslamp, Petco Park, Little Italy, and Seaport Village. Minutes drive away from Balboa Park, UCSD, Legoland, UTC Malls, SeaWorld, hospitals, and more. Gym is on the 2nd floor. Rooftop deck with Spa/Hot tub with a separate shower for Men and Women, different patio sets, Sunbathing chairs, and the two Barbecue Grills are on the 20th floor/Rooftop where you get to see the mountain views on the the East side and the amazing Downtown views on the West side. Also, this comes with one designated free parking space underground securely. Trash Chute Room is just right outside the unit, first door to your left in the hallway. (All amenities are included, however everything must stay in the unit after your check out time. Anything that’s been damaged or lost for whatever reason will be your full responsibility.)

This luxurious 2BRs/2BAs Condominium has a Spa and a Barbecue area where you get to enjoy your stay with your family/friends while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views from the Rooftop deck on the 20th floor. You have to come to see it for yourself. No to mention, free one parking space with lots of amenities. Residents and guests are friendly. You just feel at home every time you stay there. That's how I feel every time I'm in this particular high-rise building. Last, but not the least, the building location itself as this is located in the heart of San Diego. East Village that is!
