Private single level cottage in quiet tree-lined neighborhood of Boise's trendy North End. Situated in the quaint and charming walkable neighborhood. This cozy refreshed home, offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable couch for reading or enjoying a movie on the TV, dedicated primary bedroom with new comfortable memory foam mattress queen bed and walk-in shower. Private, fenced backyard to enjoy at your leisure.

Hyde Park hosts many amazing restaurants, the iconic Goodies ice cream and candy parlor, and many hiking trails in Camel’s Back Park. Close to downtown Boise for shopping, dining and BSU. A short drive up to Bogus Basin will lead you to many year-around activities including mountain biking, skiing and sledding. Nearby grocery store.

This comfortable and beautiful space has a queen bed in the primary bedroom with bathroom and walk in shower. The living space has a comfy couch to relax and enjoy. Washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Home is equipped with a/c and heater. Keyless entry. Private, usable backyard. There is a driveway to park one car, with additional street parking available. Cottage is situated behind main residence which is occupied.

Guest has access to entire cottage and fenced yard. The garage is reserved for owner storage. Main residence is occupied. You are welcome to park along the front of the home or in the driveway via alley but please do not block the alley.

This is a very charming guest house! Perfect for one or two. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the action of downtown.

Tight quarters. Was fine for a quick 16 hour stay. Creaky floors and squeaky bed. Aged cottage but had everything we needed.

Spring break visit

I was happy with the space and price. Overall stay was good. We were close to everything. Only suggestion- supply now toilet paper. We were only given 1 roll for 3 days for 2 females. That's not enough. I had to go to the store to buy more.

Cozy Cottage

Jenn’s cozy cottage was just what we needed on our little getaway. Private, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything we were getting into in the downtown area. We had everything we needed and were comfortable and happy!

small but mighty

This "mother in law" type studio is small, but a perfect fit for 2 people. VERY clean and nicely decorated. Has all the things you need. Nice neighborhood. Owner was easy to communicate with, and provided some extra blankets that we asked for.

I came in rather late (about 9pm). Key code didn’t work. Had to message host. Took about 15 min or so for a reply. Thought the main house is where owners lived, so I knocked on the door, as I saw lights on. Turns out that is an air bnb too! The guests were very gracious. Also couldn’t get code to work though. Eventually a new code was sent. All was well. Small hiccup in an otherwise good trip.

Cute, Cozy, Clean & Modern

The cottage was fenced in for privacy with a little front sitting area and easy alley way access and parking. The home was perfect for what we needed. Comfy bed, cozy sitting and eating area and appliance for basic cooking needs...though all we used was the Keurig! All decorated very thoughtfully! Would 100% recommend and stay again. Host all the details we needed to check in including parking access, door code, etc.

Great Cottage. Great Location.

This was just right. The bed and couch were both comfortable, and I was able to do a load of laundry before leaving. I didn’t have a car, but there are several places within walking distance. The North End is such a cool neighborhood. Communication was easy, and so was access. I will definitely keep it in mind for any future visits - or day retreats if I end up moving.

the two things i would change. one - leave on the directions page the information that the key code # will come first day of stay. I looked everywhere and was frustrated. I wrote to the owner and they would not deliver. AND i could not figure out how to work the Kuerig coffee pot. Leave operating directions for things. Not everyone is technically savvy.

Great place

Check in was a little rough only because the door code we received didn’t work. We were able to quickly reach the host who was super helpful and responsive. I must admit, at first glance I was a little worried. Place is a bit quirky-shower is in the bedroom which was odd. There was microwave popcorn but no microwave. But after the first day I LOVED this place. It’s clean and cozy. The little touches made this place a home away from home. Things that a lot of other VRBO’s don’t have that I appreciated- new sponge for dishes, keurig pods and creamer, waters and snacks, detergent for washing machine, full size shampoo/conditioner, body soap, lint roller, ice packs etc. Only thing I wished was there was some lotion which would be an easy add. Location was very central and enjoyed walks through the neighborhood. This place is a gem and the host was great. Oh, shower is very narrow which would be a concern for larger persons.

Very disappointed in this stay

We never did get in to the rental. The code given us for the door did not work and we couldn't get a hold of the owner (who lives in the front on the rental). And VRBO did not offer any suitable alternatives and said they couldn't help us get in contact with the owner because it was late. And we couldn't set up a new rental somewhere else because it was less than 24 hours before the next day's check in? So we had to get a hotel for those three nights, which was definitely more expensive. The entire process was very frustrating and less than professional. That there is no opportunity to get a hold of the owner because we were there at 10 p.m. seems ridiculous to me. Yes, the owner did reach out the next morning but by then we had already got a hotel room. It was way too late. It was very disappointing to say the least and the customer service was less than satisfactory.
