This fabulous New Craftsman has modern furnishings and is in a fantastic location. It features a salt-system hot tub, European bedding, a contemporary fireplace, a patio, a grill, and an excellent layout for families and friends!

Steps to the Old Mill District, Excellent Restaurants, Hayden Amphitheater, and Deschutes River trails. It's a perfect walking location while also being quaint and quiet.

Old Mill/River Path: .4 miles, 9-minute walk

Enjoy our fabulous newly installed redwood steam sauna and the fantastic saltwater spa to complete the private spa experience!

This quaint brand-new home, completed in late 2021, is in the heart of Bend's Southern Crossing district. You can walk or bike almost everywhere! This home was designed by local award-winning architect Muddy River Designs, with fabulous furnishings and modern amenities. This spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bath sleeps up to 8 guests. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bathroom linked to the master bedroom. Downstairs is a powder room and bedroom. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of adventures. The outside space includes a private saltwater 7-person hot tub and patio tables and chairs for socializing and dining. The backyard area is fenced in for privacy.

A short stroll takes you to Old Mill shops, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, and Hayden Amphitheater. With river trails and access points nearby, this location is perfect for an unforgettable Bend experience. Time to create some lasting memories!

Looking for some outdoor adventure? Mt Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails in warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. This was perfect for our family we felt at home! The neighborhood was great and location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Easy 5-star rating. Was exactly as described, clean and spacious, and great comms with the owner. Our family goes to Bend every April, will definitely look to book this next year.

Fantastic house, great location!

This house is great—it’s close to the Old Mill area and walkable to downtown (30 minutes). The bedrooms were clean and it’s great to have the back patio area (hot tub!) and the front porch for morning coffee. We loved everything about this place! Highly recommend for a group staying in the Bend area.

Great place to stay in Bend

This house is lovely - very clean and with a nice layout. We stayed here in July with our adult children and found that the house provided plenty of room to be together as well as providing some privacy. The house was well situated to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The manager was very responsive.

Wonderful stay

The house is wonderful and located very near the old mill district with a short ride to downtown. Owner was very responsive, house very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only rec. (brought up by one of the other guests) would be to have fans in the bedrooms for folks used to air circulation/noise to sleep. Great stay! Loved the deer and the quail we saw in the front yard in the mornings.

Great plates for a guys trip in Bend

Three my best friends and I rented this place for a long weekend in Bend. We were out mountain, biking and rafting and taking in the local brewery scene. This was a close Uber ride to all of those and the hot tub was a great restful way to recover from all the activity. The house is new and clean, and the owner was very communicative.

Beautiful, spacious home the gives your family and friends plenty of space to relax and have fun. This home is immaculately clean, the kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need to make and enjoy your family meals and there are many areas to hang out in; front porch, back patio, large kitchen/dining and upstairs bonus. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the Old Mill District. Would stay here again!

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed.

Property seemed new and it was very clean. Every item one could need was available from all utensils to a charging station. Beds were comfortable. The boys loved the foosball table. Maybe the best amenity is the location. It’s a short walk to the Mill District restaurants and the river. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bend.
