Built in 1867, Tanner Building is the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. Enjoy lightning-fast wifi and everything you need to stay the night comfortably. We provide a 4-cup drip coffee maker and coffee pods, a selection of tea, and basic bathroom toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap.
The Space:
One bedroom apartment with queen size bed and full kitchen. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, up 22 steps with no elevator access.

Located in the heart of downtown, you are steps away from shops, eateries, and a conference center. The area is known for being safe and easily walkable. Wenonah Park and Bay City's river walk is less than a block away where many Downtown events take place, including seasonal and major concerts, Riverside Art Festival, Bay City Fireworks Festival and so much more.

Parking permit provided for street-parking around the apartment.

No animals are permitted in the apartment at any time.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Michigan law prohibits the smoking of any substance (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vaping) in short term rentals used by the public.
A $200 additional cleaning fee will be added to your stay.
There are security cameras located at the front door and in the hallway of the building.
