Castelleto Monferrato Villa with Private Pool and Tennis Court in Wine Region

The villa with private pool and private tennis court in a landscaped private park was renovated in full including the landscaped villa grounds. Each of the 5 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. Multiple sitting areas and private balconies provide relaxing private spaces to enjoy together or alone. The private almost Olympic Pool and tennis court are surrounded by extensive landscaped grounds. We provide a pool person to service the pool for you. Air conditioning is provided as well to insure a comfortable stay.

Interior:
The villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms provides privacy with several communal spaces and multiple balconies.
The villa has three floors.
The ground floor includes 2 en suite bedrooms, its own living room with view of the gardens, the laundry room and a work area. One bedroom has a queen bed privately set back from the ground floor living room. The second bedroom can either have 2 single beds or 1 master with its own en suite bathroom nestled privately away from the other bedroom and living area.

The 1st floor includes 2 bedrooms both with queen beds which share a huge en suite bathroom in its own private wing, The living room, dining room and sitting area with a fireplace invites you all to congregate. The kitchen with its own balcony and powder room are off to the right. The Kitchen is off to the right in its own area with its own balcony with a full vista of the grounds. The powder room is also close by for your convenience.

The 2nd floor is the private Master Suite with its own en suite bathroom and private sitting area with a fireplace as well.

The Swimming Pool:
The almost Olympic swimming pool exclusively for you is perfect for laps as well as play situated in a sunny location of the grounds. We provide the maintenance and cleaning for you during your stay. There are discrete seating areas around the pool for sun, shade and dining. Relax in the lounges. The pool is visible from the villa because it is located centrally to it, about 10 m away, and is on a level a little lower than the villa. The pool is bordered by unique trees . We provide lounges, tables/chairs and umbrellas. The almost Olympic pool has both a shallow end and a deep end safe for diving from the diving board. It has a combination of salt/chlorine purification, maintained for you, internal lighting and ladders for easy entry to the water. The pool is available to guests from late May to the last Saturday of September.

The Tennis Court: The regulation size tennis court is surrounded by the Orchard and agricultural area just off the Pool for your fun and play.

The villa is close to the Alessandria and jewelry center Valenza with many small villages around including Terme di Aqui for soaking in the mineral baths and spas, the historic town of Casale Monferrato, Gavi for its wine, the Langhe region with its world-famous wines and wineries including Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbaresco, truffles and cuisine, the largest outlet in Europe just 20 minutes away in Serravalia Scrivia and you can easily explore Torino just 45 minutes, Milano in 1 hour and Genoa as the gateway to the Rivera just 45 minutes away. Yet, you get to decide the direction and venture while savoring the tranquility of the villa’s private park. You can relax, wine and dine, visit the historic sites, shop and relax.

The Villa Grounds
The villa grounds are lovingly maintained and stylized by a local landscape designer and architect. The trees were uniquely selected for the villa grounds.

The Orchard: The villa has an organic orchard and invites you to pick and to enjoy the local fruits as you wish.

Guest access

Park: You will be provided with a telecommando for the driveway gate leading to the gracious drive up past the pool to the villa.

The large botanical garden extends 180 degrees at the front of the villa. Paths and lawn easily take you between the villa and the pool and tennis court. The pool area is equipped with tables and chairs or lounges for your moments of peace and sun or shade. There is barbeque for your use. The piazza next to the ground floor is perfect for dining and lounging. slightly lower level and reached down a few wooden steps on the lawn. The variety of trees, flowering shrubs, and roses varieties were plant ed with the villa and are maintained for you.

Pets: On request. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Nestled in a private park in Monferrato hills of Monferrato just below the Alps, you will have full privacy in the grand park surrounded by the hills and lush agricultural lands. Monferrato at the foothills the Alps is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its famous wines and foods and beauty.
