Este lugar tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de Jaco, en un vecindario tranquilo y seguro, un lugar perfecto para pasar sus vacaciones en Jaco a dos cuadras del centro de la ciudad (helado de helado / café los amigos) a tres cuadras de la playa. Esta lujosa casa cuenta con cuatro habitaciones (todas con cama de matrimonio y camas king size) con baño privado cada una y una de ellas con jacuzzi y balcón. La casa cuenta con una cocina completa y 2 salas de estar, televisión por cable, aire acondicionado en todo, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, teléfono, muebles completos y piscina privada. Hay una segunda área de cocina / bar (refrigerador de tamaño completo, fregadero, lavaplatos) que también se usa como área de descanso adicional, ya que hay un sofá cama.

La villa es extremadamente tropical con jardines internos fuera de la cocina y la sala de estar, las duchas tienen agua que fluye de los troncos de los árboles naturales, extremadamente única.

Cerca del aeropuerto a 80 millas o 1 hora y 15 minutos. La casa es verdaderamente una de las propiedades más fabulosas de la zona.

La propiedad se puede alquilar como una villa de 1, 2, 3 o 4 dormitorios y tiene capacidad para 10 personas.

Great spot withib walking distance of the main strip with bars, resturants, and souvenir shops. Hosts was helpful and area felt safe.

You get what you pay for....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So, this house was one of the best priced options I saw for a 4 bedroom when I was booking for my family of 10 (including 4 kids) for Xmas week, but you really do get what you pay for. I would recommend this house for a bachelor party or a bunch of youngish guys, but not for a family. The pool looks much bigger than it is in the pictures. The kitchen is very small. The beds were big and comfy but the sheets had holes in them. My sister took I think 2 hot showers while there and I took 3. When multiple people are showering the water pressure goes down and so does the hot water. There were ants everywhere and a giant cockroach one night - maybe that's to be expected. Our toilet didn't work the first night and the last night and smelled like sewage. I wouldn't put my kids in the tubs. The grill didn't work (think it was out of propane). Dogs barking all night and as one reviewer said, the walk home at night was a bit sketchy though the location close to the restaurants was awesome. Also note that there are essentially 4 units, which is fine if all adults, but we couldn't put one of the kids in one of the units because someone could break in and we'd never know, so my sister and her husband had to split up and sleep with each kid. One of the units also had an issue with the door where it wouldn't close and had to be propped shut with a chair. No safes to store valuables and screen doors had flimsy locks. His passports and electronics all week in the hopes that no one would break in and take our stuff. Not enough towels or toilet paper/no tissues, so had to buy. No floats or anything left behind for kids (so had to buy). Kids loved the place but not really safe for them. They had easy access to the roof. All in all, not a place I would recommend other than to a bunch of 20-something guys. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so take this review as you will, but I felt dirty the whole time I was there and felt the pictures made the place look much nicer than it was.

Hidden Jaco Surprise House!

Very nice set up with every room opening to the central pool area. Very private! Short walk to most everything in town or a $2 taxi! The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any request. AC worked great and never ran out of hot water! 2 most important things for spoiled gringo visitors!!! I definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Michael was great and very responsive. Contact him for shuttle service. Also if its your first time, he will point you to a great breakfast option which opposite of the strip but a short walk from the villa. Overall a great experience.

Perfect Hideaway in Jaco!

This property was perfect. We traveled with 3 people, which in the set up everyone has their own room, bathroom/shower and privacy. The pool was clean and warm and the living room and kitchen had everything you needed for a short or a long stay. Customer service was awesome property owner came by and introduced himself, offered local restaurant/bar/excursion tips. The location was probably the best part. It is a very short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, bars and beach. We will definitely be looking to stay at this location again.

Jaco Fishing / Dirt Biking Trip

This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling with family or a group of guys. The property is only a couple of blocks away from the center of Downtown Jaco, extremely safe, and the pool is great. The Property Management company, cleaning company, and everyone involved was great. Awesome, Clean, Safe, and Fun - the place had it all!

It was clean, pool,worked well for us,it needs a little updating,if anything needed fixing Michael had it repaired quickly. So, if you have a large group it would work for a place to sleep. The neighbor hood a little sketchy at night.

Great House in Wonderful Location

We have a wonderful experience at the house. Photos do not do the house justice. It is very well maintained and extremely clean. The courtyard by the pool has space to lounge in the sun, or sit under the covered patio in the shade under the fans. The house is in an ideal location, 2 blocks to the center of town and another block to the beach. You walk to the restaurants, bars, grocery, bank, etc. There are 4 king beds and each room has a private bath. For bigger groups, there were some futons (we used to set our luggage on) a pull out couch. We really enjoyed the house and would strongly recommend it to all.

Only 3 1/2 blocks walk from the Cocal Hotel and Playa Jaco!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 4 guys splitting this 4 BR, 6 bath, 2 kitchen split condo inside a high walled compound with small pool. Great for cooling off with our guests. Located on a quiet side street in a safe area. Our shared per night cost was WAY below that charged by any of the decent hotels during our high season visit. Way below! A great value for 2 couples or 4 singles. Plenty of space to move around inside this totally walled off mini compound. Spiral staircase to the rooftop veranda offers a decent view and is a great place to chill and smoke some cigars. Our many visitors REALLY enjoyed the ambiance as well. A great alternative to the noisy, high priced hotels on the strip with tons of space. Spacious walk-in closets in the upstairs bedrooms. If you don't feel like walking back from the main street beach area a taxi costs $1-2 bucks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
