As advertised

House was clean and had all we needed (except towels, only one per guest, 2 night stay and use of hot tub). The way gps had us arrive, we were quiet worried, came through rough looking area less than a mile from rental. Felt safe once we got to property so all was good. Lots of rules for hot tub so thought twice about using it. Used it anyway and hoped we were not charged “cleaning fee of 200” as posted on back door. We would stay here again.

Great Asheville get away weekend

4 adult family members and one 4 year old gathered for a long weekend. Nice unit where we'd stay again. Fenced in yard was nice as was the hot tub- after my daughter's running race especially. If you plan to walk after dinner, I would suggest heading into town as the road is a little busy. Great host- would visit again!

Trip to Biltmore

The house was very cleaned and had plenty of room. Short trip to downtown Asheville and to the Biltmore Estate.

The house was perfect for a family of four. Enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. Very close to the Biltmore. Would rent it again if in the Asheville area.

Very clean!

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. The location was an easy drive to downtown. The hot tub needed some additional chemicals and when I contacted the owner, they replied immediately and came over within 5 minutes to fix the issue. Very happy with our stay!

TONS of extra fees not listed. Don’t do it!

They charge a ($***) early check in fee to check in an hour early. Check out time was listed on VRBO as 11am, but owner told us checkout time had been changed to 10am and that we would have to pay a fee to extend the checkout time to 11am. He only agreed to waive the fee when we took a screenshot showing the checkout time on the listing as 11am, not 10am. The Wi-Fi username was wrong and we had to contact the owner to get the correct information. A day after returning home, the owner sent us another ($***) fee request saying they noticed we had 4 people stay instead of 2. The listing says maximum number of guest is eight but owner said we had to pay the “extra guest” fee of ($***) (he said they usually charge ($***) and would bump my fee up to ($***) if I didn’t pay it by tomorrow) even though only 2 of the 3 bedrooms were used. The cleaning fee is quite large so I was shocked they would add on an extra guest fee when we didn’t even use all the bedrooms. So not worth the money and all the extra fees. Save yourself the headache. ***Vrbo would not let me submit this review unless I redacted all of the fee amounts.

Clean & newer home with great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Such a great location, just a short drive to downtown Asheville & the Biltmore. The home is very new and clean. The fenced yard was so convenient to allow our pups to run in. We also thought the spa was very relaxing with the beautiful trees as a view behind the property. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in Asheville!

Amazing Asheville Retreat

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want and more. Loved exploring the area and then being able to relax in the hot tub and cozy living room. The master bathroom shower was enormous! The entire property was wonderful and we will definitely be back!!!

Great House with a great location

This is a brand-new home, with up-to-date appliances and plenty of space for a small group of people. Everything about the home is great including the beds, showers, and hot tub. There is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away, and pretty much everything is a 10-minute Uber ride if you are looking for restaurants, bars, or breweries. The actual address of the home differs from the street name, which can cause some confusion but all and all I would highly recommend staying here!
