The apartment was great, the view - amazing, the only thing was the renovation that was annoying, everyday - drilling and different noises. Overall it was good, could've been better without that noise.

The view from the balcony was awesome, however the condo had many repairs that needed to take place. The balcony doors were almost impossible to open, there were holes in the walls in the bathroom, the cabinets and the baseboards look to have water damage and some of the baseboards were falling off of the wall. While the washing machine worked, it sounded like a jet engine about to take off. Until repairs are made, I will not be staying in the unit again.

Great stay as always

Always enjoy staying at Long Beach Resort. Condos are clean, offer the best views and balconies, and I love the convenience of how you park in font and walk up to to your room. No check in process.

The view says it all! BIG line of sight. Felt like I was right on the beach! Dolphins every morning! Although the room was a little outdated, that didn't take away from my enjoyment. Only complaint is I specifically asked about the coffee maker and was told it took pods. But in reality it only took ground. No in room coffee the first morning so I had to kj

Hard bed

Super outdated. Resort was nasty. Pools were freezing cold and not heated. Bed was so hard we ended up leaving two days early because we had no sleep. Waste of money.

Overall great

This was a nice condo. The tub/shower combo could be updated but was clean. We only had two washcloths for the four days so I had to wash laundry several times. Washer is super loud so do your laundry long before you try to sleep. Over all this place was great and we would stay again. The pool was absolutely beautiful as well. Loved the poolside bar and grill as well.

Unit felt more like a motel than any other condo at Long Beach we have stayed at. Entire unit is very outdated, noticeable dust, all vents had mold, ceiling tiles in master closet looked they were going to fall in, master bed very firm, pull out bed is lumpy and can feel the springs, couch cushions have stains, only my husband was able to open the balcony door in the master, the tub was dingy, the washing machine was insanely loud, doors & baseboards look like they have been scratched up by dogs or something, with the one in the kitchen looking rotted & coming away from wall, multiple spots in every room of white patchwork or beush strokes from cover-up jobs done with wrong shade of paint. Let management know these details on first day, and sent pictures, when asked how everything was. Told there was a ticket opened for someone to come by. Never heard from them after, and on 5th day, I asked for some kind of discount and had to reach again out 3 days later. Would not stay here again

PCB at Long Beach

Our stay was Good. The property was OK. The bathroom needs upgrading. The faucet in the tub almost came off. There was a noise coming from the vents that kept us wondering all night. The sunsets were awesome, so we made the best of the Beach!!!

We had several issues that the management team did resolve. The one issue they did not resolve they offered compensation. Communication with the property management team was easy and they were very polite and professional. The view from our room was beautiful.
