🐾 Pet-Friendly
We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $150/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs per unit, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the pool deck, or in the courtyard area (any area behind the townhomes).
- There is a designated grass pet exercise area on the north side of the units, marked by a sign. Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.
- No feeding or water containers will be permitted outside of units.
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.

🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

🏖️ Beach Gear Provided
Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.
