Welcome to “Evergreen”. Motivated VRBO owner!I I can confirm your stay often within minutes! Master bedroom, 1Queen bed, two large windows, attached full bath, tile shower and granite sink. Second bedroom, 2 Queen beds, two large windows. Third bedroom, 1 Queen bed, two large windows. Large hall bathroom with window, tub and shower and fresh white towels for an elegant experience.

Lots of closets and windows , Smart TV and even a desk, luggage rack in each sleeping area!

The main level is perfect for entertaining and availability to all rooms with fun and open circular floor plan. Entry foyer with coat closet and powder room to the left and expansive living room (with room to play) wall mounted tv and front facing windows for happy sunshine.

Adjoining breakfast room open to kitchen for easy serving and conversation. The kitchen has lovely window open view to backyard. The dining room has game closet with extra folding chairs, back door to deck and wraps around with access to entry again. Fun.

Full access to washer and dryer!

Owner maintains storage in garage. Easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. Point State Park, Accuisure Stadium, PNC Park, PPG Arena . and so, so many things to do in town. Shopping nearby - Monroeville Miracle Mile, Shop and Save, Kohls, and hundreds of other retail stores. Amazon and Instacart available for deliveries.

UPMC, Allegheny General, Shady Side, Magee, and Childrens Hospitals just to name a few!

CMU, Pittsburgh, Duquesne.
Just 2 miles to the Parkway East and 3 miles to the PA Turnpike.

Great House, Quiet Neighborhood

The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were in town for Anthrocon so we weren't in the house much but we enjoyed what time we did spend there. I would definitely recommend and would return if we come back to Pittsburgh.

Simple and Clean

The house has everything you need and is very clean. It's nothing fancy but it suited the purpose for my adult son and I to attend the US Open Golf tournament. It is relatively close to the shuttle parking for the tournament and local little taverns are good for a burger and a beer. It's located in a quiet little neighborhood. You do need to be able to ascend pretty steep stairs to get to the bedrooms so I don't know how appropriate it would be for very small children or for older people with disabilities. No surprises, the pictures are accurate and it provided for our needs. It seems to be well managed.

In town to visit with my adult kids who live in the area. Evergreen was the perfect home for this...clean, comfortable, safe and a workable kitchen to share a meal together. I'll be back!

Evergreen Property Stay

I would highly recommend this property for a vacation stay. Property was as pictured. The amenities were present and available. Easy process of entry. Plenty of towels, snacks, and clean bathrooms. Extras such as blankets, dishes accessible and ready. Great time on this weekend spend. Close to city as we enjoyed the Steelers game experience.

Quiet and Peaceful

House is nestled in a cozy cul-de-sac in one of the premiere neighborhoods of the city! Thank you Robert for being an outstanding host! My family and I enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the home. Minutes away from food, shopping, and attractions. Will be back.

Great house

The beds are great. The kitchen and bathrooms are supplied well. The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. Having AC was wonderful during a hot spell. The owner was easy to get hold of when trouble arose

Excellent Stay-away From Home

The house sits on a quiet col-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood that offers short, peaceful walks. The house itself had everything I needed for a three week stay. The yard is very well manicured and spacious. I had private parking behind the house that I found nice. There’s a cute craft market down the street called “Steel Goat Marketplace” bustling with events, treats, and handmade items from a variety of local artists. I highly recommend a visit! Thank you to the hosts that made sure my check-in process was smooth, along with the rest of the trip!

No excuse rental

All was as advertised. Communication with Robert was great. Location fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable beds. Well equipped older property. Pittsburg was tough to find a gem like this at a reasonable price
