This Home has 4 Bedrooms including a King, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk Beds (2 full and 2 twin). This is the perfect house for a family getaway. There is a 75 inch smart TV in the living room and smart TV's in all of the bedrooms except the bunk bed. Here you can have a peaceful stay on the lake while also only being about 10 miles from Oaklawn Race Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The property has a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of the home near the entry door.

Great quiet location

Property was as described, great for larger groups. We really enjoyed the fishing area in the backyard, this is a great spot to have your base camp when you visit hot springs.

Spacious

Lots of space inside. Great deck but there wasnt really any furniture to use outside. Definitely recommend for family gatherings!

Big and clean and pretty

What a great place for our big family. Plenty of room to stretch and relax. Our boys loved exploring outside. We would definitely stay here again!

It was ok

The house was spacious and was in a quiet location about 10 minutes from hot springs. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we slept well in the beds. Only issue was a lot of cobwebs and spiders! I was charged a 200 cleaning fee but the house hasn’t had a 200 cleaning job in a long time. The house needs bug treatment and clean the cobwebs and it would be great.

A Great Venue for a Larger Group

We needed something quick and large to accommodate my brothers family and ours for a family funeral. We were quite comfortable for the size group we had and would consider reconvening at the same venue down the road.

Hot Springs lakeside

Traveling with 3 siblings so 4 bedrooms with nice comfy beds and great bedding was just what we needed. Nice kitchen for our morning coffee. Good WiFi and TVs for all.So much space! Loved that. Such a nice waterfront view from the large deck. Secluded location which I very much prefer. I would definitely stay again if I had the opportunity.

EXCELLENT RENTAL

VERY NICE!!!! This rental has lots of room inside and outside. We enjoyed our weekend. Host were very quick to answer any questions. Internet service was not the best but that was our only issue.

Wedding Weekend

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding. Plenty of space other than the bathrooms. Only complaint was lack of toilet paper and location. Its secluded and not in the nicest neighborhood.

Not what I expected

We stayed here twice. It could be a really nice place. You can't see out the wall of windows in the back of the house (broken seals). It isn't as clean as it should be. There was no lights on outside when you arrive. For whatever reason most rentals do not have a sensor light outside when you arrive.

Property owner very responsive, helpful, and accommodating

The little things matter the most sometimes. When the bathroom door was locked with no one inside, there was that handy key on the top of the door trim. :-) Plenty of linens and towels even for a large group like ours. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The proximity to the water was even closer than it appeared in the listing, and we were informed that you can get a rental boat elsewhere and navigate right to the dock in the backyard! The kids loved the toys and games that were in the house, and we all enjoyed the ample seating and dining space for meals and family fun! When we accidentally put a "trash" bag of important items in the dumpster as we left, the owner offered to have someone check it for us the following day! A few minor improvements could be made, but this property and owner are both very good.

Not so clean

Food left in the frig, tooth paste and toiletries left in both bathrooms, toilet paper holder in the jack and Jill bath broken and paper kept falling in the floor. Floors were dirty, 5 minutes after arriving I had hair and dirt all over my socks. Most disturbing when we were stripping the beds, as asked to do so, before we left we found dirty socks at the end of one of the beds. Closet door in the bunk room was broken. I have pictures to back this up
