Place is excellent

My gosh, place is beautiful. I very much will want to stay in this place again. The hot tub great. Weather too cold outside to comment on pool. Two bedrooms. One bedroom is hooked up. I, a female, unfortunately didn’t stay in that room. I wish I knew the only bathroom was in the master bedroom. This may have been explained in listing and I overlooked. Guy stayed in that room and so I had to walk into and past his bed if I needed to go to bathroom. Or that would’ve been vice versa and him walk by me in my sleep if I stayed in the room. The bathroom and shower great tho. Everything there was just excellent. Except if ur there w/someone u don’t want to be walking into their room and past them while sleeping to use the bathroom. I would absolutely stay there again. It is also a very nice quiet area. Horses surrounding.

Beautiful guest house, fantastic pool/hot tub - impeccably decorated

My niece and I stayed at the property over the weekend of March 23-26th. The pictures don't do it justice in terms of how lovely this guest bungalow/house is. There are two large bedrooms, and a large living room, dining room/kitchen. The bunaglow/house is beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze, the owner Mark was waiting for us when we drove up. The neighborhood has very large properties/homes, some with horses and is right off of Scottsdale Road, and is only about 5-10 minutes to restaurants, and 20 minutes to the Salt River/Talking Stick baseball stadium. There is a covered portico parking area for your vehicle, and the guest bungalow is right there. Mark was incredibly attentive, turned on the heater for the hot tub whenever we asked for it, but otherwise, we didn't see anyone else (very private bungalow). The beds were incredibly comfortable, and a great touch was Mark and his partner left us a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers at check-in. The kitchen is fully stocked, they even left some creamer for coffee in the fridge for us. Overall this property is a 10 out of 10. It is best for someone that is looking for some privacy, with a pool and a hot tub, and has their own vehicle to get around. Highly recommended and I know the next time we come back to Scottsdale for Baseball Spring Training, we will absolutely re-book this property. And such a great value to boot in terms of the nightly rate.

The falsely advertised watchmen.

Hello, While planning a small vacation for a few friends and my self, we stumbled upon this seemingly perfect place to stay at for a couple of days. Upon checking in, we found the process efficient and stress free. After getting settled in and a tour of the property, I asked the property owner where they will be staying while we are at their property, and she responded that she’ll be on the property with us! The entirety of the stay we had little privacy. While outside, we found that the property owners would open their window (with the blinds down…) to listen to our conversation. Also, I had to take a phone call later in the evening so I went out to my car as to not to disturb everyone else. While outside, I found the property owner peering out at me from inside the house, with the lights off. Total lack of privacy compiled with the fact that the property owners were present in the first place. Lastly upon checking out, I realized I forgot my pillow. I asked my boyfriend to go inside and grab it for me, and when he got back I found the case was missing. Mind you it was 4 minutes until checkout and the cleaning crew had already arrived (felt very welcoming…) Anyway, he went back inside to track it down and it turns out, the property owner had taken it off of my pillow and taken it into their room. (Seriously?). When confronted, we were falsely accused of smoking on the property. I reminded her about my pillow case & she dropped the topic. Absolutely frustrating experience. The property (as advertised) was that we would have the property to our selves, instead we found our selves with a constant shadow, and pair of eyes over our shoulders. We were also told that there could be “3 other guest potentially on the property, but they should stay out of your way…” There were also numerous extra charges not originally advertised in the add, that were only brought to our attention AFTER check in.

Short Visit

The property was extremely clean with every possible amenity that you would need. The property host very gracious and accommodating. The property itself is gorgeous with a pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and grill area. An oasis onto itself.
