The space
Located in OCHO RIOS, ST. ANN (dubbed the Garden Parish of Jamaica) this modern home is within a
24hr gated community and is comfortably and aesthetically pleasing with ample natural lighting throughout the home and parking for up to 3 vehicles.

It boasts 3-bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, queen size bed is found in the second bedroom and 2 full beds in the third room. Each Room has TVs and closets with a luggage stands and hangers.

The Living room is tastefully decorated and comes with a TV that has Netflix access so you can watch your favourite movies or series during your stay. The ocean can be seen from front patio and roof. You will feel the tranquil nature this beautiful scenery gives while you indulge in having quality time with family or friends enjoying the infinity pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new and all the required appliances and apparatuses - refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Smart TV’s are found throughout the home and is powered with a Fire
Stick.

The Infinity Pool, Basketball court, Tennis court and kids playground are all only 1 minute walk away. Beach Towels, Water float, Tennis racks and balls are also provided for your enjoyment.

- Please note: Third-Party amenities, such as electricity, water, and internet are services that may cause disruptions, these are unavoidable and part of the island living and beyond our control. Any disruption of these amenities does not warrant a refund of any kind.

- If you have a problem or issue with the accommodations, you must contact us immediately to give us the opportunity to rectify the situation before filing a complaint with the booking platform.

- It is strongly recommended that you obtain travel insurance for any bookings you make, including for your visit to our condo. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we abide by our advertised cancellation policy, and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel investment.

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Any potential guests making reservations for a group must be travelling with the group. The Vrbo member MUST be present at check-in or the reservation will be immediately cancelled. This requirement includes reservations made through “Instant booking".
