Door Bell cameras on front and back doors that so outside front entry and patio.

The amenities were excellent, including the beach right out front and the place itself had chairs, snorkel equipment, water toys as well as pickleball equipment too! The condo was well maintained and beautiful. The host was also easily reached if we had any questions.

I'm not one to write long draw out reviews. So.... let me say Renita was a great host. Responded to my questions (even dumb ones) quickly, and professionally. The condo, and complex were awesome. 1 minute walk to the beach, good food, and a taxi stand for quick access to transportation around the island. This will be my go to m place for return visits.

Cute and comfortable

The good : communication with the property manager was very simple, she is very fast to respond and was able to guide us since it was our first time there and gave us great advice which was super helpful. The place has everything you need and more, i honestly did not feel like i needed anything, it had more things than i imagined meaning it had pots and pans, plates etc. The not so good, i think it would've been better if this was shared or posted on the description and not taken me by surprise but the main shower is missing one of the sliding doors, she did mention its hard to get one replaced as it is an islands but still, I've just never seen a vrbo with that kind of things unfixed. The toilets malfunction alot and the tank doesn't get filled with water at times i think toilets need to be replaced. The oven in the stove did not work. The way the furniture was placed where you have to move an entire dinning room just to use the beds was inconvenient. You have to move and re arrange furniture just to be able to use the beds. The back patio was kind of unkept with filled with leaves and you could tell hadn't been cleaned or landscaped in a while but it is still nice to seat on i just wish they would hire someone to keep it clean. Other than that, the place is located at a short distance from the water which i loved. I would definitely stay here again but would like to see those things replaced/changed.

Everything you need!

This condo was delightful to stay in. It had everything you need from beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, kitchen ware, charcoal grill, nearby taxi services, car rentals, and close to Red Hook. Will certainly be back again!

Relaxing at Sapphire Beach

Great place with many options. Needs a manual describing controls and instructions. Better description of property with map or diagram explaining exact location for night arrivals.Needs Cable connection to TV in Living Room.

Paradise!

We spent 6 nights here the 3rd week of January. Renita and Rose were great to work with. The condo was perfect for us. Sapphire beach will take your breath away. Restaurants, taxis, and the beautiful beach are all right here. Lots of beach lounges available and lots of shade if you need it. Only a few minutes to town or other beaches by taxi. This place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and just what we needed to enjoy St. Thomas. Thanks for having us

Christmas trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! One of our party had an emergency and our host went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. In addition to having an excellent property, it was nice to have a kind and gracious host. The location is one of my favorites on the island for both scenery and amenities.

Clean Unit, Close to the Beach- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This unit is well kept & maintained. The property manager was amazing & very responsive with all of my questions. This unit provides beach towels, beach coolers, sand toys, and pool noodles. They also provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash, so no need to pack it! This unit is walking distance to Sapphire Beach, 2 restaurants & a boutique. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here with our family! Close to the beach, bar, dining, etc. So peaceful and pretty! There were rolling blackouts, but that's to be expected. Beautiful place remodeled inside, and when we left they were working on the outside of the condos.

4th trip to Sapphire Beach

We had a wonderful time again. The condo was very spacious for my wife and I. It was nice to have the second bathroom and the washer/dryer. We are definitely looking to stay here again. All dealings with the host were easy. Super helpful when we lost power for a few hours.

Great place to stay on St Thomas's East End.

Great place for our stay. On the East End of the island with beautiful Sapphire Bay a short stroll from the door -- definitely one of the prettiest beaches on the island. Food and drinks right on the beach that you can eat there or take back to the condo. Plenty of other places to eat and drink. Red Hook just a 5-minute short drive down the road. Definitely recommend you get a rental car if you want to explore the rest of the island. Very happy with our 12-day stay. Renita was easy to contact & work with.

Perfect Stay in St Thomas!!

The condo was exactly what my family needed. The front door is less than a two minute walk to the beach. It was very convenient to the restaurants and bars right on Saphire Beach. It is also a very short ride to Red Hook for a ferry to St John’s, shopping and more restaurant options. The condo is bright, very clean, comfortable and had a lot of extras that show the owner cares about the property and guests. There are beach chairs provided with the condo that an attendant on the beach sets up for you. Plus there are 4 in the unit that we used when exploring other beaches which saved us money by not having to rent them. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, one daughter used the trundle bed and the other used the pull out mattress from the couch which they both said were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big convenience. Will definitely rent this unit again when we come back to St Thomas!!

You cannot beat the location at Sapphire Beach! The condo was very nice & updated! The communication with Renita was a 10 plus! Loved the beach, shopping & restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Best week ever!

I just left this property after staying 6 nights with my husband and children. This condo is in the perfect location. It is literally steps from the beach, restaurants, bar, gift shop etc. My kids were able to walk down to the beach and easily walk back for a quick drink, lunch or bathroom break and I could see them from where we were sitting on the beach. The condo has one bedroom with a large bed, a pull out couch and a hide a bed. It is plenty big for a family of 5. There are two nice bathrooms also. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven/stove and all the kitchen utensils and cookware you need. We stopped at the store on our way on the first day and cooked and ate most of our meals in the condo. There were plenty of bath towels, blankets/bedding and beach towels for us to use. This condo also has a washer/dryer in it which was wonderful. Our friends stayed in a different unit and did not have this luxury. For me, this is a must when traveling with kids. There is also a very nice patio out back with a charcoal grill to use. We sat out there every evening and ate and played cards. Renita was wonderful to work with. She has answered every question I had about traveling since I booked 4 months ago. She was easily accessible if there has been something we needed during our stay. We had the best week and will definitely stay here again if we visit St Thomas in the future!

We love to snorkel. hike and just interact with the amazing people of the islands. We have visited many places nothing compares to the spirit and beauty of this island. We renew our vows in 2017 here because we loved it so much. We plan on retiring to islands but before we do we want to share our love of the islands with all.
