Beautiful ocean view property with lush landscaping and many amenities to include a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, bbq grills, picnic tables, play area for the kids, currently the cafe building is closed for renovations to accommodate a new restaurant and bar. Relax on the beach take a swim in the warm waters of the florida keys. lounge chairs are provided at the pool and beach. the towels for the pool and beach are in the basket in the primary bed room. bring your boat and enjoy the waters of the florida keys fish snorkel swim. you will need to contact the docmaster to enter your boat and pay a fee for use of the marina and get a parking spot for your trailer no jet boats or jet skis are allowed ! this is Gated property with security. Our condo is on the top floor of building 4 unit number 4415 one of the best buildings on the property with the best views, it is tastefully decorated and has all you need to feel at home but be in one of the best places in florida. Full kitchen with all you need, comes equipped with new Rachel ray pots and pans, new fridge, stove, dishwasher, 2 different coffee pots a kurig and a regular size filter pot, toaster with 4 slots and every thing else you need, We also just put in a new king bed in the second bedroom and a sofa with a pull out queen bed, island chairs ,dinning chairs, and balcony stools. you will not want to leave after being at this amazing complex and all it has to offer these pictures are of the actual room you will be staying in !!
Water pressure in the keys isn’t the best as they are replacing the water mains throughout the island. Please bear with us as the city is doing their very best to get this done so it can go back to normal! Please do not bring the luggage carts into the room ! Exciting news the pool bar is back open with drinks and limited food options! Island grill has also opened the restaurant bar at the marina back up to! They have specials daily! Come check out this great place! No need to leave the property if you don’t want to!

Condo was exactly as described if not better. View was phenomenal and location was perfect. Would definitely stay again if back down in the Keys

Very nice property

We spent 5 days at the condo and it worked very well for us. Quiet but fun resort. We played pickelball, met some really nice people at the large pool and enjoyed the small private beach and lawn chairs. The onsite restaurant/Bar was fun to have so close. The sunrise view was fabulous from the front room and patio. Mike was responsive and helpful. Condo was as viewed in the posting, nice finishes and a/c worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome family vacation

Great fit for family vacation, the amenities are fantastic, we played pickleball, snorkeled, fished, and enjoyed the pool, it's a resort style experience. Condo is clean and well equipped to making meals. The view from the balcony is amazing! The balcony is small, room for 1-2 people. Feedback from family is this is one of our best trips.

Great views

Enjoyed our stay! Property had a dining table, large tvs, and washer/dryer. It would have been nice to have more than one day of DIshwasher and laundry detergent in unit. Enjoyed the pool several times and played pickleball Really nice view of ocean and property wasvery clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and loved having an elevator.

Location/ View/ convenience

Check in was smooth considering we arrived at property at 1am. Communication with Mike was easy and he had given us clear instructions for later check in. Condo is Clean and well stocked - pool and pool bar is a nice way to end your day after excursions/ day trips. The food truck serving pizza / snacks at the pool area was an added convenience. Amazing view of the balcony! We really loved our stay.

Memorial weekend

Fri-Monday stay. Great communication with owner. Immaculate place. Furniture great. All supplies we needed were there. Pool was clean and neighbors were amazing. Safe spot. Water pressure low but we were told in detail about this prior as description in booking states. Enough towels. Couldn't be happier. Will be staying here again for sure!! Boat ramp great.

Perfect spot!

Was down for a girls trip, and Ocean Pointe is a really awesome location. We did a lot between Key Largo and Islamorada so this location was perfect. The room itself fits 6 people comfortably. We had 6 and any more would’ve been very very tight. Full kitchen area, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch, and a beautiful, clear water view. The building is further into the property so closely walkable to the office, bar/cafe, pool, and beach. Tip: highly recommend the food truck they have at the pool! Overall an incredible stay! Would stay here again.

Property and Unit Review

This was our second stay at the community. Overall the facilities and pool was good. Disappointing the snack and beverage bar was closed at the pool. The unit had too much oversized furniture in the small living area. The water pressure was terrible in the unit. Would stay at the community again but not this unit.

Beautiful View & Relaxing

Great place to stay in the northern Keys. View was phenomenal! Upper level was very quiet. Pool was great and beach was small but nice setup. Unit was adequate size for my husband, daughter, and I and had what we needed. We didn’t really cook much (too tired from playing all day), just heated up leftovers and ate simple breakfast. There are grills on property though we thought about using but we’re too tired - lol. We had an excellent stay and look forward to our return. Property owner very easy to coordinate with and highly professional. Felt very secure as well with 24 hr gate security.

Ocean Point is Sweet!

We had a great time. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, great ocean view from our balcony. It provided all of the amenities we needed. They have a small beach front area with lounge chairs and picnic tables. There is also a gas fire pit for evening lounging by the fire. The pool is the best. It’s a large pool with lots of seating and goes from 3ft to 6ft. They have a pool bar that serves some snacks and wonderful tropical cocktails. There is also a hot tub which is great for relaxing before bedtime. The resort is clean and has a gated entrance so you feel safe walking around. It’s location is centrally located to many great restaurants and John Pennecamp park is a short drive away. We loved our week in the keys and highly recommend staying here.

The condo was nice and worked for my family of 3. The beds are comfortable and the seating worked for tv watching. We enjoyed the little balcony and the ocean view with the sea birds. The showers are good and we felt comfortable for our week in the keys. The complex has a nice pool and a little beach with everything well maintained. The building this condo is in had a bit of work being done on it but nothing that interrupted our stay. The 2 things that would have made our stay better are more bath towels and a smart tv in the livingroom. We couldn't use netflix or other streaming or cast to the tv. We had alot of rain during our stay and it would have been nice for a family movie night. The bedroom tv is smart. I would definitely book this unit again if I return to this area.

Worked for us

Our first time in the Florida Keys. We enjoyed our stay here and for the most part everything was fine. The place was fairly clean with comfortable beds and ok furnishings. We stayed three weeks and while we ate out often we did do some eating in. Pots and pans are in acceptable shape, enough dinnerware and silverware. Water pressure for the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are very low but the two showers seemed to work fine. Plenty of towels and bedding provided, a vacuum or broom would have been nice with the longer stay just to tidy up a little. Property has a great pool, a nice beach but don't figure on much swimming there. You can enjoy the morning sun rise but don't count on seeing much of a sunset from the balcony. Just a side note, not much of a balcony as far as size goes, you can fit two people in chairs but don't figure on laying out and lounging. Not much room. Only one of the two bedrooms have a television. The surronding propery area is clean, good security, plenty of places close by for shopping and eating out. Overall a good place to stay and I would recommend.

Our Tavernier stay

We left this property every day to head for the beaches. Marathon would have been a better location for us. Was quite a drive. The actual room was very basic but fit our needs because we were never there even to eat. However, it is very basic. The kitchen I would rate a C. All appliances need to be replaced, leaking refrigerator from the ice maker, rusty shelves in freezer, no spring on dishwasher door. The coffee pot the worst. Worse than any hotel. The drawers are empty, except for like 8 forks, spoons and knives. Light and flimsy. There is no small detail in this property that makes a huge difference to me. I miss a clock on the night stand and there is No full length mirror anywhere. Cannot believe that. Here is the worst. Maybe some don’t care but we are all super clean tidy people. The dresser tops, tables, and floor were Super dirty. To the max ! Good thing we brought Lysol. We wiped the dresser tops and our rag was black. The floor was super gross. We cleaned them best we could but didn’t help. Our feet were completely black always. We two women of the group had a nighttime routine. We had a wet washcloth on the floor beside the bed to wash our feet before jumping in. Cloth turned black. OMG. And to think we paid a cleaning fee. One plus was we were able to hand in dirty towels and get more. And dish soap or shampoo, bar of soap etc. Overall, it was fine. We spent no time inside. But we were under the impression the place was new to renters and that was definitely not the case. We did go in the hot tub late one night. That was enjoyable.
