The perfect spot to entertain, the lower level of Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door features a large open rec room with plush reclining furniture, and electric fireplace and Smart TV. You’ll find a wet bar set-up with bar counter seating, a sink and apartment-size fridge, perfect for stocking drinks and snacks for movie night or the weekend ballgame. Kids and teens will want to spend all their time in this space with an air hockey table and arcade game table. And luckily they can, with two sets of built-in, twin-over-twin bunkbeds. Step out the sliding glass doors to the lower-level balcony, furnished with porch rockers and a bubbling hot tub that keeps you warm any time of year.
