Bright walkout basement with a modern feel that makes you feel at home away from home.


Tastefully decorated living room with unique wall art, 2 sofas, and a smart Sony TV connected to wi-fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size fridge.

Bowls, plates, wine and beer glasses, mugs, pots, and cutleries are also available in the kitchen.

The gorgeous bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, and a work area with a desk, lamp, and comfy chair. The room has a nightstand, bedside lamp, table clock, and a closet to organize your articles of clothing. In the bedroom closet are iron and an ironing board.

The bathroom is a beauty to behold. It has a bathtub and vanity with a led mirror. Also available in the bathroom are a hair dryer, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

Adeniyi was a great host, I totally enjoyed my stay there. He was also very supportive and flexible when I asked to change my stay duration, despite it being inconvenient for him. He was also very responsive and very willing to provide anything to make the stay more comfortable. And oh, the house was sooo beautiful and comfortable. I highly highly recommend Adeniyi’s space for anyone coming into Kingston for a short or long stay.

We were in need of accomodations for a couple of days in Kingston to visit with family. The location was close to the family members so perfect in that regard. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was upscale and quiet. We booked 10 days at this property and found the accommodations excellent. This is walkout basement suite in a new home. Everything was very clean, quiet and fully equipped, and the property description provided by VRBO was accurate. The property has easy access to Hwy 401 which makes it quick and convenient to get across the city. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent again on our next trip to Kingston.

noises from upstairs was disturbing sounded like someone running around. did not mind being told no shoes inside but to be told to wear slipper that had been worn by someone before was not acceptable. would suggest in future offering disposable slippers. we also found that the apartment was cold especially the floor and as there was no way to control the heat it was controlled from upstairs. otherwise everything was else okay

Great Experience

The owner was very friendly and helped us make our visit with our daughter and her husband extra special. The owner was very responsive to a few requests and the property felt like a home away from home. It was very well maintained and clean. The property was stocked with some toiletries, kitchen cooking utensils, pots & pans, plates, cups, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Great value apartment in Kingston

This basement apartment is located in a great neighbourhood a short drive away from downtown Kingston and all is has to offer. The apartment is well furnished and is perfect if you are travelling by car. Supermarket and restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend.

Perfect family space

Clean, convenient and well stocked. Only complaint would be the very muddy, slipper slope to get down to the unit (didn't help that it rained all weekend).

Thank you, Jodie! So sorry for the muddy path to the unit due to the heavy rainfall on that day. We’ve already awarded a contract for the landscaping of the pathway. This is expected to be completed within the coming month. Meanwhile, at the moment, the path is very dry and comfortable to walk on to the unit. Thanks again!

Very nice

My husband, 20 year old son, and myself were in Kingston for a wedding. We were a little hesitant because we weren't sure how comfortable my son would be on a pull out. He was very comfortable. Everything is new and extremely clean. We loved it. We definitely recommend this place.

This is the best host I have had in years. They are so thoughtful and everything is down to details from the kitchen to the bathroom. We cooked two simple dinners with the oven. They have everything essential thing you need for a kitchen. Place is extremely clean, appliances new. Kids love the sofa bed and the TV. The only thing Is the bedroom is close to the outdoor AC unit so a bit noisy during the night.

Beautiful Basement Apartment

The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and close to where I needed to be for our stay. But you have to remember that it is a basement and there is a family upstairs. I think they were doing some renovations of some sort, into the evening hours. I'm also sure they heard my husband watching television. Overall, I would stay again, but would bring ear plugs. 😊

We were very disappointed with the very late contact from owner had to make other arrangements at extra costs. We had to try and contact him a number of times with no response until mid afternoon on day of travel. As weather was an issue we had to make travel decisions in the morning g. Never had an issue like this before

Lovely Apartment

Das Apartment von Adeniyi ist absolut zu empfehlen! Ganz neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr großzügig. Geschmackvoll ausgestattet! Das Haus liegt in einer typischen Vorstadtsiedlung. Die Entfernung nach Kingston beträgt ca 10km. Kingston hat schöne Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars.
