The pool is open! Come have your best vacation ever!

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and take your morning walk on the beach. You will have the best summer at the most famous beach in the world! Come enjoy the beach with your family or favorite person. This condo is very comfortable with open spaces, top of the line appliances. Your stove has a convection oven with air fryer (yum....french fries!) with a black glass cooking top. The fridge is "Café" brand with three doors, with the freezer on the bottom. The dishwasher is a Bosch that is super quiet, and they are all stainless steel. The large counter top is made of quarts and you'll have fun entertaining and eating in this beautiful kitchen. All the pots and pans are provided with dishes, silverware and glasses and wine glasses.
Each bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom attached. The master has sliding glass doors to the deck. The windows are covered with motorized blinds, with the master bedroom having room darkening feature. There are tv's in all the rooms with a large 76 inch tv in the living room to enjoy your favorite movies or sports games. It is a smart tv, so you can sign in to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu or any of your favorite apps. The building is secure, so remember to take your key fob with you when you leave the condo to have access to the exercise room or the pool table room, and to get in and out of the building. The pool is open! Enjoy this beautiful pool overlooking the ocean with direct access to the beach. Have drinks after dark by the fire pit down by the ocean. No hotdogs or marshmallows cooking though.
We have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to enjoy your warm sunny days on the beach.
Hot tub and sauna located in the building. Washer/dryer in the unit. Get your reservation quickly as the calendar fills up quickly for the summer and next winter. This condo only allows a 14 day consecutive minimum stay so you can relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Come have some fun!

We spent two weeks at this marvelous condo.We enjoy cooking most meals ourselves when we vacation to save money. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the views were great.Being on the 19th floor we enjoyed watching the birds fly by the porch (see photo).

Amazing place to stay in Daytona beach

It has amazing views there was hardly any people on the beach during our stay the condo smelled amazing and it was super clean the condo is all around amazingly perfect for families

We had a great vacation at this condo! The condo was very nice. Amazing views of the ocean! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful condo

Had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect! The host Faye was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly.Spectacular ocean view from the windows and large balcony. Truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo.

What a View

Fantastic ocean view with large balcony to watch sun rise while having coffee. Very much enjoyed my stay, even survived hurricane Milton without a problem. Kitchen had almost everything I needed. Nice touch having a variety of spices available to use. Communication with owner was great. Able to relax by pool and walk on beach almost every day during my stay in Oct/Nov.

Winter break

Our stay at The Sherwin was a welcome break from our Ohio weather. The condo was very nice. We particularly loved the balcony and being on the 19th floor. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was first rate, as was the living area with comfortable seating and large TV. The kingsized bed was very comfortable. Our hostess was easy to work with. The pool area was very nice, but wished the pool was heated. We weren’t able to swim as we would have liked. All in all,we had a great time staying here,

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our 2 month stay in this condo. Even watched a few rocket launches from the balcony & beach. Kitchen is well stocked & condo is clean. We look forward to returning next year if the condo is available. Faye made check-in a breeze, communicated perfectly and is the perfect host. Thanks Faye for the opportunity for our family to create some happy memories.

AWESOME VACATION

This was the best vacation I have had in years. It was so relaxing! Our condo was just as described. It was so nice on the 19th floor. The host was very helpful with anything that was asked. My dog sure loved that he was able to go with us. His favorite place was the balcony! We hope to be able to rent this unit again.

Paradise!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was a dream with the best appliances. Trust me, you will not want to leave once you get there. The view is breathtaking. Personal touches all around. I highly recommend this unit. It’s fabulous! The owner responds immediately if you have any questions. We loved it so much that we asked to stay an extra day. 5 Stars!

Ok

While it was clean, the furniture and bedding were grungy. The owner has far too many markings of what not to do, this made the stay feel unwelcoming. For instance the sign telling you not to put anything hot onto the countertop is overbearing, and the sign telling you to constantly brush clean the toilet bowl and the sign that tells you to never leave the sliding glass door open…it just felt intrusive, rude, and There is a way of saying things. I also didn’t like how she approached me with a cheaper price if I paid her cash. Shady, is not for me.

This condo was delightful! Everything you need for a vacation stay was there. Appliances were high end. Lots of pots and pans, dishes,etc if you want to cook….it’s all there. The coffee pot was both by the cup and carafe. The king beds (in both rooms) were very comfortable. All sheets and towels (bath and kitchen) are provided, including beach towels. We didn’t use the beach accessories, but they are also there for your use. The living room had a huge TV, and both bedrooms had TVs as well. The master bedroom has a double vanity (split) and a tub/shower combo. The second newly remodeled bath has a beautiful walk in shower. There is a large balcony with furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises every morning (and we did!). Also plenty of room to sun bath during the morning hours. The unit is close to many excellent restaurants, and is located in a quieter section of the beach [IMO). I have stayed in this building several times and would highly recommend this unit. You will love it!

Dave and I have enjoyed this condo for many years, now we are offering it to you to have your best vacation ever! We live in Ormond Beach. I am a realtor for Black Pearl Real Estate and David works for American Airlines. I am semi-retired and Dave is planning to in the near future. We travel a lot and have been to Paris, Rome, Tokyo, Belgium and lots more places. We always like to come back to home to Daytona Beach because we are in the best resort town ever. Every day is a holiday!

Why this property? Because you are in the best resort town in America, with the worlds most famous beach! Daytona Beach has so many fun activities such as Nascar Racing, and Bike Week, where Daytona Beach hosts over 30,000 motorcycles. They congregate on Main Street so everyone can come down and view their beautiful bikes. Maybe that is your bike? We also host Jeep Week here in Daytona Beach. Jeep lovers come and gather on the beach and have the best parades. Is that you? It's also fun to watch the parades from the 19th floor above the beach. We are located in a sought after area of town where the streets are wide and not as congested as closer to downtown, but fully accessible to all the fun places. You can walk to the grocery store, or over the "Shores Resort and Spa" where they have great restaurant and an outdoor tiki bar, that has music on Sunday afternoons. You can also walk to the round blue building a few doors down to the "Peck Plaza" and take the elevator to the very top to the "Top of Daytona Restaurant". There you will have fantastic views of the sea, ocean and river, plus have a five star dinner and drinks.
The airport is only 5 miles away and it takes about 17 min to get there. The weather is perfect every day in Daytona Beach, and the sun is warm and glorious.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You will see fantastic views from the 19th floor of the boats on the ocean, sometimes you'll see dolphins swimming by and watch the swimmers and sun worshipers on the beach. Occasionally you'll see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral that is about 50 miles away. You'll see it go up over the ocean. It's amazing to see. Sometimes they will have one at night. The whole sky lights up with the bright flash. Watch Channel 13 on the Tv and they will give you the minuet by minuet coverage of the launch.
The best feature of this condo is sitting on the deck seeing all the sights down below or on the ocean, and to your right you'll see the river.
It is so relaxing in this condo, you will feel very pampered here.
