We have built and personally maintain Peaceful Pines and look forward to sharing it with our guests until we eventually use it as our retirement home. Located minutes from Mount Vernon and close to nearby destinations such as LaConner, Anacortes, Whidbey Island, the San Juan Islands (by ferry) and Bellingham. Centrally located between 3 National Parks. Excellent bird watching on the property and surrounding areas.

Space:
Our log cabin features a warm and inviting interior with traditional wooden furnishings and a warm fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere throughout your stay. Unwind and relax in the spacious living area, complete with plush seating and a large 72in. flat-screen TV for entertainment.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare homemade meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the comfortable island, or step outside onto the spacious covered front porch to dine amid the beauty of nature.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with two bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed. An additional full bathroom with tub and shower is also available for convenience.

Hypochlorous acid fogger is used after each stay to completely disinfect property before you arrive.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside onto the deck or covered front porch and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Surrounded by towering trees and a peaceful ambiance, our log cabin offers a private sanctuary for nature lovers. Relax in our outdoor barrel sauna nestled in the woods. Take a morning walk or evening stroll on our private trails, complete with wooden bridges, native vegetation and wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or porch while watching the deer pass by and listening to the birds sing, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as you stargaze.
