Entry into the large living room overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete dinnerware, glassware and utensils. Casual eating on stools at the breakfast bar or dinner at the large round dining table with six chairs.
The Master suite's king bed, "Westin Heavenly" mattress, flat screen tv, overhead fan, work desk, wi-fi, walk out balcony, en suite dressing room, walk-in closet, digital combination safe, and large bathroom with Westin toiletry amenities and walk in shower. Two additional large bedrooms, each is furnished with "Westin Heavenly" King bed, full length windows and an adjoining bathroom and shower. The living room pull out sofa provides comfort for a total of eight guests. Flat screen tv's in all rooms. Daily towel service and mid week cleaning. Balconies in the Master BR and living room seat you overlooking the ocean and beach.
On site pool as well as access to the adjoining JW Marriott Hotel facilities, Infinity pool, fitness center, business center, shopping and dining.

Wonderfully located by the border of French St. Martin and Dutch St. Maarten with its own beautiful beach. Short drives on the French side to Orient Beach or Grand Case with its array of fine eateries manned by eager chefs drawn here to establish their own fine cuisine identity. And on the Dutch side, it is only a short drive to Phillipsburg with its great duty free jewelry and fashion shopping, and Simpson Bay with its casinos, restaurants and night life.

You are greeted 24 hours a day at the gated entrance to the Dawn Beach property. You can park your car right in front of your quarters in the Oceanfront Building A.. Your get away home is air-conditioned, has wi-fi and two spacious patios overlooking the ocean. The property has an exercise facility, outdoor grills for cooking, and you are steps to the soft white sandy beach and the infinity pool where you can order food at the swim-up bar. Or have a seat for dining on the veranda of the J. Willard Marriott hotel, which will be opened and fully operational in the Fall of 2023 with spa, casino, dining and luxury hotel shops.
