Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Newly remodeled. Heat and A/C. Covered porches. Grill and firepit. Perfect getaway or daily rental. Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't miss out! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Delivery is available if you don't feel like driving.

Great House

This place is perfect, especially for the price. Plenty of room, and Pete the caretaker is awesome. Anthony the owner is great about getting back to you quickly when you have questions. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in or around Logan, WV.

Good place to stay. AC was very cold. Quite neighborhood. Felt like we were being watched a lot by all the cameras. But other than that a good experience.

Cleanliness Could Be Better

Need new skillets. Found dirty dishes put away in cabinets. Cleaner needs to inspect that before new guests check in. Great parking area and access to Hatfield trails.

Amazing owner that puts YOU first!

Worst flood in 20 yrs occurred while we were there! House stayed dry and they even came to us at 10pm to help us get back to the house!! You wont get that kind of service at a hotel. We were ready to sleep in our car but didnt have to. The house is neat and clean, has everything you need, quality mattresses, TV streaming. . . Couldnt really ask for more. Add in the way they treat you like family and I think everyone will be happy in this home. 3 bedrooms means plenty of room. Table with 4 chairs for eating in the kitchen. Large L shaped sofa is a little low but very comfortable. Smart TV for streaming anything you want to watch. Front and back covered porches with seating. They even had a large outdoor dog pen for us. Plenty of parking near house and ramp to enter so handicapped accessible. Great place to stay and THE best people. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Funtastic Place to Stay

Amenities, amenities, amenities! Clean, well stocked home away from home. Host and property owner both have amazing communication. The whole family really enjoyed the weekend. The kids built a snowman and watched lots of family-friendly movies from the extensive DVD collection. Lots of room both inside to stretch out and relax after hitting the nearby trails and outside for parking the toys. Highly recommend this property if you are in the Logan, WV area!

Good and clean!

Our family stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our time. The house is simple and clean and has everything you need! The road it’s on is a little shaky but we never felt unsafe and the neighbor is SO kind and helpful! The kids loved the goats.

ATV paradise

My husband and I have been wanting to checknout the Hatfield & McCoy trail system for years and this was the perfect base camp! Located within 30 min drive of several systems and everything you need just down the road! We loved the friendly neighbors and of course a bew friend for life in Pete!

Caretaker Pete for the win!

House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch.

Clean and stress free and friendly

The care taker Pete greeted ua with a friendly hello and was wonderful. The home was spacious yet ever so cozy. Everything you can imagine was provided. Very clean!! Definitely felt like home away from home. I recommend this property to anyone. The couch was so comfy. I loved the map that was pinned by other guest some came as far as Russia to ride the world class trails.

Trail riding

Very impressed with the hospitality of the neighbors(caretaker) Pete. Would stay again. Had a great time. Clean house and dry firewood for end of day trail riding.

Just what we needed

Came down with husband and kids to visit family. Great little place! Super clean with all the amenities. Pete was fantastic and Anthony was quick to respond. If you are not familiar with Appalachia, do not let the area turn you off. We had a wonderful stay. 😊

Clean, Awesome property management

House was clean and had everything you need. The property manager Pete was Awesome such a great guy. The area where the house is located is a little run down and from what I understand they are trying hard to fix that! The stay overall was nice!

Lovely house and Pete the Property Manager is the best!!!!!

We stayed at the property for a long weekend to go to the Hatfield McCoy trails. The house is fantastic! It was like home away from home. The house is immaculate, warm and very cozy. The house provided us with everything we needed down to towels and kitchen necessities. The back porch is perfect for relaxing and the yard is well manicured. The home is well maintained and a lot of care went into making it comfortable for anyone visiting the area. The Logan area is close to a variety of shopping and dining. We had a great time and I will end this review with Pete the Property Manager, Pete was there to greet us and always checked in to make sure we were doing ok and had everything we needed. I wish every one of these properties had a Pete! He made us feel welcomed and we greatly enjoyed having the opportunity to sit in the backyard and chat with him. We will definitely be back at the trails and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you to the Owners for making our stay so memorable!
