Make some memories at this beautiful and family-friendly Historic Colonial Revival Cottage. Van Frank is centrally located in the Pettaway neighborhood in Downtown Little Rock.

There are 3 queen bedrooms. Smart TV’s in 2/3 bedrooms as well as the living room.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and baking necessities and a full size washer and dryer are available with laundry detergent provided.

Only a 7 minute walk to dining and shopping in SOMA featuring some of the top spots to dine in Little Rock. Ice cream, coffee, brunch, apps and drinks, we can help with any local food recommendations or things to do.

The house was so precious in a quaint little area, very clean and close drives to the areas we were there for! The host was beyond sweet and very helpful! If we’re ever back in this area we will definitely stay here again!

The house is really cute and is in a great location (quick access to SOMA and Downtown). Kitchen is fantastic and has enough dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to prepare meals for four people. We loved it!

Great location for weekend visit to Little Rock

We enjoyed the home as a family of five adults. I didn’t realize it was a historic older home which gave it so much charm. In walking distance to nice restaurants. Clean, and the kitchen allowed us to make a ‘home’ meal for the holiday. Gated back yard was perfect for our puppy to join us. Would definitely stay again

Close and convenient

It was close to stores, restaurants and the downtown area. House was very clean and the beds comfortable. Will definitively stay here again if we come through.

SOMA location convenient

A nicely appointed and SOMA convenient location for us for the Christmas holiday. Hosts were great and were able to get us checked in a little early.

Great little getaway!

Great property and location

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the comfort of home. Tina was delightful, she kept us up to date and was quick to respond when we had a question. The house was just as the listing. Location was quiet and convenient. One of the best experiences we have had with online rentals.

Home Base

We’re from Little Rock and stayed here while in the process of moving across town. It was very clean and well furnished. Very cute. The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.

There was no check in or property information sent ahead of time. I messaged the host a couple hours before checkin, because I was afraid we would arrive from out of town and there be a mistake and we'd have nowhere to stay. When we arrived, it was nighttime, and I began flipping on light switches only to realize they didn't turn the lights on. We had to flip the switch then turn the fan light on with a remote. Unfortunately, the remotes were all mixed up and in the wrong rooms. The shower pressure was poor. It's a very loud area, we awoke frequently at night. The AC didn't cool very well. The second night we realized it was on eco mode, so if there's no movement in the home, it stops cooling. Which made for a warm night. The host was not very helpful when I was messaging about this. The clothes washer is moldy. The dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry the clothes, and the lint screen hadn't been cleaned in a while. We didn't use many dishes, but I always like to wash them; however the sponge that was there was old and dingy and I couldn't find any new sponges. While trying to turn on the lamps I stepped onto a floor vent screen, which wasn't attached, and fell down into the floor vent. Then I checked and none of the floor vent covers are attached, which is dangerous especially for little feet (kids, pets, etc). There was a lizard in the home. I couldn't get it, so we just went to sleep and didn't see it the next day.There are many cobwebs on the walls.

Pet Parent’s Dream

I booked this property based on the great description and pictures, but it was even better in person. I wanted to bring my mini labradoodle with me on my business trip to L.R. and this was one of only a handful of properties that were listed as pet friendly. It had great amenities for people and pooches. Loved the kitchen and the privacy fenced in backyard. The beds were super comfy. The front porch swing gave the house such a cool vibe as well. The hostess Christina responded quickly to any questions or needs we had during our stay. The neighborhood was amazing and we had walks daily and loved looking at the lovely houses around the neighborhood. Also short walk from he house is a cool restaurant/shopping area. While in the area try Rock’n Roll Sushi! I will definitely book this property again when traveling to L.R.
