Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in East Harlem, also known as “El Barrio” because of its extensive Latin population. It’s a diverse, vibrant area with many Puerto Rican, Mexican, and African American-owned businesses. This includes the eclectic restaurants that make East Harlem a foodie paradise along with neighborhood classics like Sylvia’s, Rao’s, and Patsy’s Pizzeria. There’s plenty to see and do here, like admiring the murals and street art, going for a walk at Thomas Jefferson Park, or checking out El Museo del Barrio. Its convenient location in the borough of Manhattan makes it easy to commute in and out of as well.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
