This unique place has a style all its own.

This artistic charming home is just a bike ride away from the sandy white beach’s and the infamous Camp Creek Lake with a boat dock just down the street. The home is accent with a serene lush oasis backyard with pool, and cabana. Inside the home you are greeted with large open kitchen, living, and dinning room, with a large screened in side porch with tv and additional outdoor dinning. This home is the perfect beach retreat.



This is a 3 bedroom one story home that’s very spread out with lots of spaces to enjoy. The home is one level and is very artistically finished. The home is also close to the HUB, Alys beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary.



Please note guests will not have access to garage and one of two master closets.

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**

**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**





Pool Heat

* Pool heating available for this property from October 1st through May 1st

* Fee $50 per day and required for length of stay

* Pool heat is not guaranteed-hot tub overflow is not independently heated

A Few Notes To Keep In Mind

-$150 non refundable Pet Fee and $500 Refundable Pet Deposit Required. Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation.

-You will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.

-Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:

This easygoing beach neighborhood is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. Spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of Seacrest — you’ll spot everything from gorgeous dune lakes to gourmet restaurants. Then, unwind with a stroll along Seacrest’s sugar-white sand.

You can find historic Alys Beach 0.5 miles east. Slightly further east you can enjoy the lively community that gathers in Seacrest’s Peddler’s Pavilion. Sip coffee on an outdoor patio, stock up on homemade sweet treats, or rent a bicycle and go exploring. With wide-open green spaces and plenty of ecosploring opportunities, this beach neighborhood is a perfect fit for active vacationers.
