First impression of the neighborhood was somewhat questionable but it wasn’t bad to stay in. No one bothered us, in fact we rarely saw anyone. We enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t far from the things we were doing. There were a few basics in the kitchen, but if you are ones to cook you may want to bring some specifics you need. The refrigerator doesn’t have an automatic ice maker and there is only 1 ice tray so you may want to grab a bag of ice. Beds were comfy and bedding was nice. The place was super clean and cute.

Cozy Duplex

The interior of this property is wonderful. Spacious, clean, perfect amenities, and nicely decorated. The host is extremely responsive to messages and inquiries and is very helpful. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but the property itself is perfect. 10/10 recommend.

Pleasant stay, again.

Nice interior and off street parking. Someone put in effort to make the interior comfortable and clean. Lee doesn’t leave an excessive cleaning to do list.

Good deal

Nice size, has w/d and kitchen, off street parking. The neighborhood is not appealing and the TV is one of those that you have to get it back on the internet to work,(which I couldn’t accomplish), but it is quiet at night and the inside is comfortable. It is better than the local hotels with normal closet space and two full bathrooms. It is a short drive to downtown and to the colleges. Checkout was easy and Lee didn’t ask for guests to do a lot of cleaning. I would definitely choose it on a future visit.

Family Birthday Celebration in Downtown Rome

This property is absolutely beautiful inside and very nicely updated. A little disappointed that the listing description was not as described. It does have a Cozy Farmhouse look and feel inside, but the home was actually a Duplex. Not sure how you list it and get stays but feels a little deceptive. Didn’t read the reviews prior to going but the place was very comfortable and very nice, so we were still very happy with our overall stay. It was very close to some great restaurants we enjoyed and to the family birthday celebration venue as the reason we were visiting Rome GA.

Misleading description of duplex

We did not end up staying here because as a group of ladies, we did not feel safe. House next door had 8 ft+ tall pile of trash in their carport which was only a few feet from this listing’s door and their license plate was missing from the car. The front door to this listing had a letter from a process server trying to server them papers, the smoke detector had been pulled off the wall with wires showing, and the house was a duplex which wasn’t mentioned. Nearby houses were in terrible condition, tarps over roofs, trash in yards, etc. Would have appreciated a more honest description of this listing.
