Sandpiper is a quiet, no-through-traffic neighborhood featuring a park, a covered basketball area, a footbridge, and convenient golf cart access for residents. This open-concept beach cabin comfortably sleeps 12 and offers plenty of room to spread out. For those who love outdoor entertaining, our adorable downstairs party area includes a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and ample seating to kick back and enjoy the coastal breeze. We also keep the garage open for guests to store their golf carts with ease.
You'll love our prime location—just a five-minute walk to the beach (yes, we timed it!), and close to The Big Store, the water park, and some of the best margaritas in town (if you don’t feel like using our blender). Whether you're here for a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or a relaxing escape, Casa Verde is ready to welcome you home.

The house's Key Lime color makes it easy to spot and instantly creates a bright, uplifting vibe. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked, and we've carefully designed each bedroom to be both comfortable and functional for our guests and family. We love the cheerful color, the convenience of being just a short walk from the beach, and the fact that our favorite seafood spot is just around the corner.
