Come relax at the LakeHouse! This 2 UNIT home offers 2 VRBO with their own entrance. This is the 1st floor VRBO that has so much to offer. Including all kitchen appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge & microwave), all necessities (kitchenware, towels, sheets, etc.) & playing cards plus board games for your pleasure. Enjoy the gorgeous lake views & sunsets each night. Just minutes away from Historic Downtown Willoughby where you can shop, dine & stroll the streets at your leisure.

The space:

You will love the fully furnished 1st floor unit that offers so much during your stay of relaxation. Enjoy your drink of choice on the back patio overlooking the lake & sunset; Watch your favorite Netflix, Disney Plus or Hulu show in bed or Living Room couch. This is your time to relax at the LakeHouse! **There is no lake access.

Guest access:

Keypad is on the front entrance for easy access & there is another keypad on the front door to suite. There is a large driveway for parking and walking distance to Sunset Park & Osborne Park.

Other things to note:

This is a multi unit property where the LakeHouse at Sunset Park is the 1st floor Suite and the 2nd floor Suite is called Sunset Suite.

Charming house and well appointed. There were other guests upstairs, which could be heard from time to time, but nothing too disruptive. The view is simply beautiful and was enjoyed from the yard as well as from indoors. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Beautiful sunsets. Great location on the water to watch the stars and listen to the lake crash upon the store. Close enough to downtown Willoughby but just far enough away to escape everyday life. Clean, peaceful and well kept house with everything you need to relax and unwind. Highly reccomend and will be coming back.

Comfortable & Cute! Stayed 2 nights for our annual girls trip. We enjoyed the view and proximity to restaurants and parks. The accommodations were comfortable. The host was prompt with responses. Great property would stay again.

Soooooo relaxing! We sat outside every evening, enjoying the sunset followed by a fire in the fire pit or propane fueled table fire. There is a king-sized bed, which is rare in a ST rental but key to our happiness. We had a couple of questions, which Lisa answered promptly. We will return!

Nice place right on the water with a very kind hostess!

I’ll be looking to book here again next year. This place was clean, easy to access, and the backyard is great. The host was very communicative and accommodating. She gave us restaurant recommendations, as did the guests book in the kitchen.

Great Stay

Had a great time at the Lake House which was very clean and filled with everything we needed. Great location and only 30 minutes from Cleveland or Chagrin Falls. If returning we will stay again. You won’t be disappointed!!

Wonderful Lake Retreat

Beautiful and Relaxing Family Retreat

We had the best time and everything we could need at this rental. There was plenty of space for hosting and our kids enjoyed the yard and neighborhood park! Thank you for being a great host and a wonderful, scenic location. We can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing getaway on the Lake

Our family of 4 has a wonderful time at Lake House at Sunset Park. The setting was breathtaking, and Lisa was very helpful. Enjoyed playing board games and reading on the patio.

Weekend stay

We stayed for a long weekend for a family event. Very nice place. One of the most well stocked rentals I’ve ever been to. Communication with Lisa was great. She responded to every question and met all needs. Planning on staying again the next time we are in the area.

Stellar Lake views

We were so happy with rhis clean and cozy home. My favorite spots were the outdoor seats in the backyard facing the lake and the big window in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the living and kitchen areas were well appointed from the coffee bar to the collection of games and roku set up to the tvs. The owner was communicativeand helpful. We gad an amazing time. Would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Stay!

Lisa was excellent with communication & the home was wonderful! It was very clean and cozy! Fully stocked and very accommodating. I am very pleased! Of course, the view was stunning! I am so happy this place was our home for a few days :)

Beautiful

The place is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the lake. We didn’t get to use the fire-pit as it rained the night before and the wood was wet but the propane fire table thing was a good substitute. Unfortunately, there was no grill brush so when we started the grill, the grease and residue from previous uses caught fire and we couldn’t actually grill. Lisa responded quickly and got good answers though! Also, breakfast watching the lake in peace and quiet made up for anything slightly wrong for me :)

The Perfect Lakehouse

The house was everything and more. From the comfort of the beds to the view, we could not have been happier. My kidsplayed in the yard while we watched the sunset on Lake Erie. This place is spotless, inviting, and just a perfect home away from home. The neighborhood is beautiful, and you are just a short drive from any and everything you could possi ly want to do. We will be back

Simply amazing

I am a vacation property manager myself so I am generally pretty picky. I read all reviews before booking. I booked this property to come say goodbye to my mother who was in hospice nearby. I can’t say enough how great our experience was rom booking to check out. Lisa was very responsive. I goofed on the days I had booked it and showed up a day early. Lisa was awesome and said no worries and adjusted the calendar. The views were amazing. You could see the lake from so many rooms. Weather was great and it was sunny. Sunsets were spectacular. We had a bonfire every night. The home was very clean I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can’t go wrong.

A beautiful and relaxing stay

My husband, I, and our 2 boys (ages 10 and 4) loved staying at the LakeHouse. The view of Lake Erie was incredible and the sunsets were amazing. We very much enjoyed our time in the backyard and watching the boats skim across the lake. There were so many games to play (located under the living room tv). The accommodations were fantastic. 3 washers and 3 dryers to take care of laundry. The house was incredibly clean and the beds were super comfortable. I personally really struggle sleeping somewhere other than my own bed, and the king sized bed was so comfortable. The pillows weren’t too puffy or too flat, and the sheets were like sleeping on butter. So very soft. Without a doubt, we will stay at this LakeHouse the next time we come to Cleveland. ❤️

Relaxing Lakeside Retreat!

I recently had the pleasure of renting LakeHouse at Sunset Park on Lake Erie through VRBO, and I have to say that the entire experience was nothing short of wonderful. First and foremost, upon our arrival at the cottage, we were immediately struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire house. The pristine condition of the cottage set the perfect tone for a comfortable and worry-free vacation. It was evident that the property owners take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests, and this attention to detail did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. The kitchen in the cottage was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans needed for preparing meals during our stay. I was particularly impressed by the well-stocked coffee bar, which came in handy for those early mornings by the lake. In conclusion, our stay at this lakeside cottage on Lake Erie was a delightful experience from start to finish. If you're in search of a clean, well-located place to unwind and don't mind the potential for some noise from the upstairs unit, I would highly recommend it. The meticulous cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful surroundings, coupled with the convenience of nearby parks and shopping, make it a wonderful getaway destination for those looking to enjoy the beauty of Lake Erie.

I love the location! It is 10 minutes away from Downtown Willoughby, which offers several restaurant and shopping options. There are so many restaurant options within a 5 minute drive and only a 15-20 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland. The sunsets each night are amazing!! I love that this 2 unit home is right on Lake Erie.
