Entire house. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, eating area, and living room, plus a bonus tv/game/dining room.
The house has a second story that is locked off and used for storage. There is no outside entry to it and there is no one up there ever.

Great spot and excellent location

The property was very clean when we arrived and had many board games available of you wanted to play them along with a switch. The location was excellent, just a short walk to downtown OP. Recommend going to the farmers market on Saturday!

Perfect home away from home

The Floyd Retreat is a great house. It is a great size with 2 living spaces if you need a little separation. The house is clean and was nice and cool in the Kansas heat. There is ample parking and so much to do within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We will book the Retreat again next time we are in Kansas.

We loved this place! A lot of care has been put into making you feel comfortable as a guest. It was clean, well-stocked and I felt like the host was incredibly responsive when I asked something. The place is charming and makes you feel like a local. The area is also really cute - you are seriously a 10 minute walk or less from downtown Overland Park with cute shops and cafes. It’s an easy drive anywhere in the surrounding area including exploring Kansas City. I recommend this place!

Spring Break Golf Trip

My sons are teachers and came to the KC area to golf over spring break. They were joining a friend who lives in Overland Park. They found the house and location to be perfect for the long weekend!

Good place in a good location

Really enjoyed the setup! Good floorplan with space to spread out, puzzle and WFH. Walking distance to downtown plus easy access to everything made the location super convenient for an out of towner. Everything worked and was reliable. Definitely recommend for long stays. It’ll feel like home!

This venue was just as advertised. The location was quiet but still close to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this place

Great stay

We came to visit KC for a soccer tournament. We were thankful for being able to stay in a home and have the amenities of a kitchen. It was great location and about 20 minutes from anything/everything.

Great for the family

We stayed her over Thanksgiving as to not put out our family that lives in town. It was so cute and perfect for us! It slept my mom, myself and 3 kids! The boys used the den couches to sleep and LOVED having access to all the games and the switch. It was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. Very well decorated as well. THANKS! Will be back again!

It was awesome. Granted we didn't spend a lot of time there because we were out doing a bunch a stuff, but the time we were there I have no complaints about it. Steve was awesome and the communication him was exactly what you want. Thanks again.

Mom’s 80th bday celebration

Very nice and clean home. It was like a home away from home for us. Very nice decor. This home had everything we needed. Iron, great coffee, and the pure cane sugar was a treat. Had to go out for creamer but the coffee was so good it didn't even phase me. Nice towels and plenty of bathroom amenities. All three of us commented on the double headed shower head. Brought my own toilet paper but didn't even need it. Plenty onsite. Off street parking is great in addition to the driveway parking. We had a couple of smokers in the group so having the back yard with table and chairs was nice. Had to wrap some gifts and didn't think about scissors but found some in the kitchen and a ziplock bag. I liked the various rooms in the house. Enough for 3 or more to separate if need be. The location is superb! You can literally walk to find anything you need, want to eat, or drink. The benches in each room to lay luggage on is great so you don't have to bend down to the floor every time. Accessibility to the highways and almost anything was great. My only suggestion for an opportunity for improvement would be, "No wire hangers !!!" lol "Mommy Dearest" Will stay here again. You have great home. Thanks for a lovely experience. Fantastic Property

This is our go to accommodation when visiting KC for a Chiefs game. The property is in a central location, is very clean and fully equiped. Great communication with the property owner!
