Our brand new gorgeous 5 bed 4 bath 2400 square foot home is perched above Lake Norfork with 11 plus acres that blend into seemingly endless views. Our home is less than 5 miles from Quarry Marina, Quarry Park, and the City of Norfork with restaurants and access to the White River.

This home has it all. Newly built and newly furnished, it has much to be enjoyed inside and out. The focus of the house is the gorgeous mountains and lake with large windows and loads of natural light. Echoing this focus, the Great Room with a brand new kitchen, is bonused by an extra extra long dining table, two cozy sitting nooks and gas logs for the colder months. Also on the ground level with the Master Bedroom are two additional queen bedrooms adorned with sunlight and gorgeous views.

A large screen TV, luxurious leather couches and the fireplace make the downstairs living area perfect for the days you just want to 'hang.' The open concept of the basement includes a sizable bar and food prep kitchen with a refrigerator. This is the perfect space to enjoy spreading out while never but a step or two away from the mountain views. Also downstairs are the washer, dryer and the bunk room.

To further spread out, our top floor is perfectly isolated for additional privacy. It has its own outside entrance and balcony to the great room. This suite also has its own private outside balcony and outside porch perfectly suited for the Ozark’s stunning sunsets and the echoes of the neighborhood’s owls and eagles.

This neighborhood is spread out, quiet and respectful. With your booking we ask you to be likewise. We love our neighborhood and love our neighbors, so in respect of this, we do not invite or allow large parties or late night outside disruptive conduct. A hike around the neighborhood can be somewhat vigorous with the hills, but it’s a perfect way to start your morning. This area, like much of Arkansas, is laced with hiking trails and biking trails and the perfect way to revive the soul while doing what you love. If the Lake is your jam, Quarry Park is 3.5 miles and a lovely spot for paddle boarding or swimming.
