Unbeatable location for up to 12 guests in downtown Manson on the shores of beautiful Lake Chelan.  The home sits in a small triangle of homes adjacent to the Manson Bay Marina, Park and swimming area with the main road down the other side with restaurants, wine tasting and spirits/brews.  The farmers market is active on Wednesdays and Saturdays less than a block down the road.  In the summer months ski boats, jet skis, pontoon boats, paddle boards and kayaks can all be rented from a local vendor right at the waters edge only a block away.  A rare find in the Lake Chelan area is a home of this size with a pool walkable to everything Manson has to offer.

2nd floor has a covered deck with seating for 16 and 2 tables with gas fire pits.  A living room with stone faced linear fireplace with flat screen smart TV.  Large kitchen and Dining room with seating for 10 at the custom table adjacent to the large island with additional seating for 6.  The primary suite with its own private bath, walk in shower, soaker tub and dual vanities and walk in closet.  Full size washer and dryer also on the 2nd floor.  
The top floor houses 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  3 bedrooms have queen beds, one room has 2 queen beds and 2 twin (bunk) beds with additional sleeping capacity in the living space via inflatable queen mattress.  1 bathroom has the dual vanities separated from the toilet/tub/shower area.  The other bath room has a toilet/vanity directly off each of 2 bedrooms with a separate tub/shower area between them.  

There is a heated salt-water pool 14 x 33 with auto cover.  Pool is open and heated from last week of March until 1st week of November every year. The auto cover which is operated by a code in the keypad allows to guests to open and close the pool as needed, closing helps keep heat up and the pool clean when not in use.
Parking available for a maximum of 6 cars including garage space.

There is an amazing bakery called VonHart that cannot be missed. It is truly worth the trip just for the bakery (and the great home)
