Seabrook's House of WhimSea: Dog Friendly!

Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.

It’s all in a name, House of WhimSea! Located close to town center and yet uniquely private. The fenced in yard is complete with a bbq grill, outdoor shower, picnic table and chairs. Looking for a backyard game, head to the garage for corn hole. Before heading to the beach, grab the beach chairs and wagon dedicated for your use. Your dogs are welcome too!
Inside will not disappoint. Adults will love the upstairs primary bedroom and bath with peek a boo ocean view. Children will enjoy sleeping in their own sunroom equipped with two twin futons. Families will be comfortable in the open concept kitchen and living room with smart TV and expanded cable package.
 
Please be aware that your rental property shares a lot with a carriage house that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party.

The place was very nice and clean. Sun room was wonderful. Close to the grocery store and shops. The fenced area was great for our pup. We had a wonderful time.

Worry free stay

This home had everything we needed for a worry free stay. I really enjoyed the porch fenced in back yard, and short walk to everything.

Anniversary trip

Beautiful location with lots of amenities. The staff are all great. The coffee shop has incredible baked goods and coffee. Many choices as to accommodations.

Winter relaxation

Perfect cozy little home to spend either on a wintery/rainy day or when the sun is out. Love the place and town any time of the year.

Whimsies 4 couple with dog

House was very cute and clean but won’t go there again because the furniture was VERY VERY uncomfortable! You also could not use the TV unless you had subscriptions. Not good on rainy nights. Loved the town though.

Our check-in process was somewhat less than ideal as there was over an hour delay being granted access to the property due to a cleaning delay. Normally, this would not be a big issue but with kids it caused timing issues with dinner and sleep schedules which rolled all the way into the next day.There are a few maintenance items needing attention, the screen next to the front door kept falling out, all the remote’s requiring AAA batteries were dead, the kitchen had no dish detergent, the hand towel holders are loose.The property would greatly benefit from a fan/ceiling fan, as there is no A/C. This led us to open windows to cool off, however the blinds have all been trimmed too short and don’t rest on the window sill causing them to knock around with even a slight breeze. The furniture, couch/chairs/bar stools/futtons all manage to be uncomfortable or barely acceptable. The bed is pretty comfortable though.These things singularly are all minor but together really detract from the experience. It was clean, other than the couch smelling of dog. The kitchen is well stocked, other than no deterrent. And the location is great.
