- *Due to strict community guidelines, we can only accommodate up to 4 cars.* Ensure cars are parked ONLY in our 4-car driveway.

- As many of our neighbors are full-time residents, please be RESPECTFUL with noise, especially when outdoors.

- Ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.

- Please note that the entire top floor is the Master Suite, therefore there is no door into the bedroom. The master suite bathroom also has no door, however there is a separate water closet where the toilet is located, which does have a door.

- It is NOT possible to bring your own boat onto Lake Arrowhead. Because this is a private lake, they only allow residents to bring motorized boats. If you are interested in renting a boat, we recommend the local marina, KYSC Boat House.

- Do not bring food, drinks, or other items into the pool; if the pool has to be drained and cleaned due to misuse, there is a $500 fine.

- We have a pool maintenance company that services the pool once a week. You may see them during your stay, however they do not need to come inside or disturb; they are only checking the chemical balance and ensuring the equipment is functioning.

- Pool heating requires an additional $100 for each day that you would like it heated. When heated, the pool is designed to reach temperatures between 82-85°F.

- Kayaks must be returned to the rack after use. There is a $300 fine per kayak if lost.

- If you use the grill, ensure it is cleaned after use. There is a $50 fine for leaving the grill in disarray.

-*Ensure all 4 access cards are returned to the blue and gold box in the entryway upon check-out. Lost cards will result in a $35 per card fee.*
