Everything was clean and as advertised and working with the host was great! We stayed for over a month and mostly used the outdoor area with our 2 Frenchies as well as the hot tub every night! Deer walked through the property every day. Thank you! Would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a family reunion and rented two houses very close to each other. This one was mainly used for sleeping and river access while the other was a bit cozier and warmer on the interior and served as the base. The house is super well located with a great spot directly on the Deschutes with a small dock. The backyard is relatively untouched in terms of landscaping but has a nice hot tub and covered seating area. The kitchen and dining area is quite large with a nice island. The bedrooms are fine with the exception of the loft, which while comfy and equipped with a half bath, has no door separating it from the kitchen/dining area at the bottom of the stairs. The result is sound travels and it’s hard to sleep in the loft. It’s a nice house and the furnishings in the living room are a bit sterile and less than they probably should be.

Thanksgiving get together

Wonderful location and attentive hosts. The house was cozy and had newer amenities. Our two families had plenty of room to spread out. Teenagers need lots of space -; Would definitely return!

We LOVE this house.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we absolutely love it. We had a family of 8, ages 3-75 and everyone was comfortable. We love the dock and being able to float down the river to the house. There is everything you need there and very very clean. Thank you for helping us make memories. . .

Great house & river access right on the Deschutes

Lovely house and amenities right on the river, with great access! Our family had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed everything you had to offer. I would have given a 5 star review, but these are the reasons that I couldn't do that: 1) The house was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival and the trash was not removed. We found food upstairs, rug in the living room wasn't vacuumed, dirty glasses on nightstands, greasy bakeware in the cabinets, and teabags strewed across the back lawn. Because the trash had been sitting a decomposing for several days in the hot garage, the smell was throughout the downstairs of the house when we arrived. The property management company was very quick to fix the issue and sent someone immediately to collect all the trash. They were wonderful about making things right. 2) Kitchen has a good selection of gadgets, but terrible cookware. There aren't enough large pots/pans to cook a family dinner when you're feeding 12 people and what was there for frying pans were all burned. There was not enough stirring spoons, no spatula, etc. 3) BBQ was dirty and greasy. The hot tub was wonderful and the yard was so nice with great access to the river. With some basic minor tweaks, I'd give this place 5 stars all day long!

Great Vacation!

The house was beautiful and lovely! We had a great time! The kitchen was well stocked too. The only thing we noticed is it may be time to replace the mattresses! They really aren’t that comfortable, and one of the headboards moved and was loud when you would change a position. But other than that, the house was amazing and would definitely stay again, and would recommend to others!

Everything you could ask for

This property really is perfect! It was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. Maybe I read the listing wrong but I though there were only going to be 2 bathrooms, there are actually 4 which was so nice. 2 full and 2 half. The hot tub was super clean, there were heating lamps on the patio, the river access was unmatched. We brought our dogs and 1 yr old and we all had a great time. Very child friendly. We stayed in winter and it was lovely.

Family Christmas skiing @ Mt Bachelor

Home exceeded our expectations, pictures do not do it justice! My wife and I rented this property to meet up with our 3 children & there spouces to ski Mt Bachelor over Christmas. Communication w/ property management was excellent, home was extremely clean and Hot tub flushed and cleaned after every stay. Look forward to staying again in the spring so we can down hill mountain bike in the late spring.

I loved staying at this house, it had everything you could ask for including: lots of places to sleep, river access in the backyard, nice grill, high quality ping pong table and paddles, hot tub, beautiful property. If I ever have a group of 10 in Bend I would absolutely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in this home and on the surrounding property. There was plenty of room in the kitchen-family area to move about with 6 adults and 2 young children. There was a wonderful "under patio" sitting area just outside the back door, with an option to turn on heating lamps above us. just out from this was a grassy area where we enjoyed playing corn hole, chasing the "Littles", playing with water, and picnicking. And beyond this grassy area was a natural area with a huge fire ring and kayaks to put in the river just a few steps away. We all had such a GREAT time! The only input I'd give is to offer some type of unbreakable glasses/plates/bowls to use with little children in the mix. We were fortunate to have taken paper plates and bowls with us which helped a lot, but would have been less stressful to have plastic-type dinnerware available. The other input is that we believed the description of the futon beds on line was not accurate to the experience. The surface of the futons has buttons deep into the surface, which made for a bumpy surface to sleep on, as well as the firmness of the futons being almost comparable to sleeping on a carpeted floor. This room would also be so much more enjoyable with a shade on the window to darken the early morning sunlight. It was an intense wake-up. The beds in all other rooms were comfortable with really nice bedding. The family room had comfortable seating for maybe 4 people. It would be nice to have a couple of fabric chairs in addition to the leather couch and love seat. When all adults sat together, we were pretty squished. The kitchen was well supplied with "little touches" of extra coffee beans, seasonings we haven't had supplied for us in other rentals... and there was even a drawer in the main bathroom that contained sundries that were left at home. Thank you for supplying for some of those needs! The home was so nice and clean!

Way way better than expected!!

This rental exceeded all our expectations!! The location was AMAZING! Right on the River, plenty of space, and lots of fun entertainment/activities (paddle boards, ping pong, fire pit, hot tub….). We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d love to return annually! The house seemed almost brand new! Thank you for the wonderful retreat!

Beautiful spacious home

This is a beautiful property and very well stocked! Our only (small) complaint is that the beds and bedding felt pretty low quality, but otherwise it was a great stay and we would absolutely visit again!
