Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances, perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you. There is a lovely dining room located right off the kitchen, surrounded by windows to take in the mountain ambiance and views.

Magic Mountain is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room while the fireplace roars in the distance. Step into the game room and enjoy some friendly competition with a round or two of pool, foosball or on the arcade. Step outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the gorgeous valley views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air! And, you are also walking distance to the community pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day ), which is the perfect place to cool off and soak in the sun. We also have a BBQ grill, perfect for making dinner on those summer nights!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
