Pool heating
Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature and pool heat is not offered. That's when it's hot tub season! The hot tub is always available and guest controlled at no additional cost.

Parking and security

Secure gated parking plus a three-car garage with space for up to six vehicles.

City-required exterior security cameras are located at the front walkway and back gate. There are no interior cameras and no cameras in private guest areas.

The person making the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

No pets
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will be charged $100 per day plus additional cleaning charges. Service animals are allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

No smoking
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and in its immediate surroundings.

No parties or events
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No parties or events are allowed.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Parking
For your safety, please park in the garage when possible. Garage door openers are provided.

Trash
Trash pickup occurs Wednesdays around 7:00 a.m. If you have additional trash, two city trash bins are located in the alley.

This home is registered with the City of Plano and complies with Chapter 6, Article XXIV, Registration of Short-term Rental Properties. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No parties or events are allowed.
