Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire unit. This includes all rooms, the patio, as well as the laundry facilities. We want you to feel at home, so please feel free to use all the amenities available, while respecting the space and belongings within it.

In addition to the property itself, our location in Indialantic gives you effortless access to the stunning local beaches, charming shops, delicious eateries, and various outdoor recreational facilities nearby. Your adventure in Florida's charming coastal town begins right at our doorstep.

▶The minimum age for check-in is 18.

▶This apartment is privately owned and doesn't include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your check out).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
