Rules

1. Wristbands are required from March 1st to APRIL 7th for guests, ages 10 - 32. The fee for wristbands is $25, per wristband.
2. Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Maximum number of vehicles allowed: 2.
3. Wristbands and parking permits are available for pick-up at Island Services, 9 AM to 5 PM, at 1700 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597.
​​​​​4.  If you arrive after 5 PM, please coordinate with the on-site team, in advance, at 956-398-3492.

 

So many things to do within walking distance! Walk to the beach, dining, and local shops. 
Gated community with 24-hour security. It’s nice to know that only guests and owners permitted will be on the property. 
A reputable condominium complex that is easy to find and close to the Causeway bridge.
