Regarding your comments, our listing photos and description accurately reflect the space and its amenities, and we consistently receive positive feedback from guests who enjoy both the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, and the gated parking is intended to enhance guest security — we regret that an isolated parking inconvenience affected your impression. You entered the property late in the evening and may have missed the folded chairs against the wall of the balcony. Grenada is a country with one of the lowest crime rates in the entire Caribbean. There is not a neighborhood in Grenada that is unsafe. I am going to go out on a limb and say that you judged the neighborhood and then property unfairly and because the reservation was nonrefundable, you had to write a negative review for vindication.
