Wintertime visitors will love the indoor waterpark at the resort, plus easy proximity to snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing at Christmas Mountain. Luckily for you, your condo at Chula Vista is only three miles from the downtown area’s shops, restaurants, bars, and candy stores.

At this spacious double-condo, perfect for groups traveling together, you'll find a self-contained studio as well as a larger living space. The mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the studio come in handy for food storage and quick snack prep, and there's a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space in the main condo. Between the two dining tables in the main area and the small table in the studio, there's plenty of room for mealtime seating. On warm summer nights, relax in the central air-conditioning, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace each evening in the main condo, while the kids watch their shows on the TV in the studio. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
