Super amazing backyard entertainment center with Mini Golf course, Private Heated pool, 8 person hot tub, ping pong table and BBQ. We have multiple yard games: Bocce ball, Corn Hole Board, Ladder Ball, Large Jenga. 4 miles to downtown, 5 miles to Domain, 10 miles to airport. The home is conveniently located near both Downtown and Domain. 4 bedrooms with total 9 beds so everybody in a large group can have a comfortable sleep on the beds. ** We collected 11% of price on behalf of City of Austin for Hotel Tax on top of Texas State hotel tax. The price reflected in your bookings included City Hotel Tax.
Our house is perfect for travelers and work travel related workers. We are close enough to all the fun things happening in Austin and our house is a perfect place for guests to chill out and relax.
You will have entire house with easy check in/ check out system.
Our house has 4 bedrooms available total, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining area.
- Master bedroom: 1 king size bed and 2 folding beds
- 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds
- 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds
- 4th bedroom: 2 single beds
The extra folding bed were left in the closets. You can put them anywhere in the house for your needs.
All the beds are memory foam mattress. We have quilt blankets. We also put some extra comforters in master closet for your needs.
Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, dishwasher. We have pots, pans and all the dishware enough to cook some basic meals.
The bathroom is fully decked out with some basic toiletries, and shampoo & body wash along with a hair dryer and iron.
You can use washer and dryer located in the mud room.
The pool can heat up to 85 degrees range in Spring and Fall time. The pool heater won't work effectively if the temperature outside drop below 50 degrees in Austin winter time which is around December, January and February. Pool temperature is preset to 85 degree and is not adjustable.
The stand alone hot tub can heat up to 104 degree all year long. Hot tub temperature is adjustable.
Self-check in with keyless pad and security camera at the front door.
We have security cameras: Ring at the front door and surveillance camera on the backyard for check in and safety purpose.
*Note: Pool heater will only work from March to November. It won't heat up effectively in winter time from December to February. If you book your trip on these winter months please note that the pool won't be heated.
Hot tub is heated all year long up to 104 degree.
