We stayed in Three Rivers while visiting Sequoia National Park. The house was very good sized for the eight of us and very clean. We have zero complaints and if back in the area would stay again!

Great property! Super convenient to Sequoia National Park and local restaurants in Three Rivers. Our kids loved seeing the horses and wild turkeys and the arcade games! Thank you for hosting us!

Lovely place for our family to stay while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP's. Clean, comfortable, with a small pool and fun game room. Nice deck area to have your morning coffee and watch the nearby horses and even some coyotes! Fully stocked kitchen and groceries available just down the road so we could cook a few meals. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Family Trip

Clean and spacious home. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We wish we’d stayed longer. The Pac-Man arcade game was a big hit with our sons.

Clean convenient and just right

The house was just right for location outside sequoia national park. The house was bigger than i thought. Plenty of wildlife. Easy to find and had everything we needed.

Great property

Such a great layout with 3 bedrooms. Beautifully udated property with a super fun shared pool. We got to see 4 turkeys, a small lizard, a rattlesnake (from afar), ground squirrels and several small birds!

Pinecone Cottage, BEAUTIFUL!

We picked this location because of it's proximity to Sequoia and we were beyond impressed. It's quiet, and beautiful and clean. There are wild turkey's that roam the property behind the pinecone cottage and they are so cool to watch. Close enough to walk to the nearby restaurants/shops, short drive to Sequoia NP. I would definitely recommend!

Great Foothills Getaway

Great set up for me and my family for our visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The house was clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen as a big plus. Michelle was clear and prompt in communication throughout, especially being gracious in allowing us to park our second car at the property for a few extra hours after we checked out and went for a day trip to Sequoia.

Clean and well equipped

The apartment was impressively clean and well-equipped. The inclusion of essential amenities made the stay comfortable and convenient. A great choice for those who appreciate a tidy and functional living space, really nesr to the Sequoias National Park, we saw a fox and a lot of turkeys from the terrace.

Very clean, modern and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here in January 2024! The home is very clean, modern and comfortable, and had all of the amenities and kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were all comfortable, and there were a good amount of towels. Communication with the property manager Michelle was great, and the location is very convenient and easy to find. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us.

Great remodeled house with lots of conveniences. House was very clean when we arrived, and very close to town. It had everything we needed to be comfortable; (remote control) ac/heater in every room, super comfy beds, smart TVs in every room, and plenty of clean towels. The extra touches for me were the complimentary cocoa, coffee, granola bars plus a game room with a Nintendo and real arcade video games (Ms PAC Man/Mortal Kombat). Michelle was very responsive whenever I had any questions and the entire process was well orgainized. It was a super great home base for Sequoia and I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommend this place to friends.

Great place in Three Rivers

This home is even better in person. We had a great 3 night stay while we visited Sequoia NP. The home is well stocked with everything you could need. Nice extras like coffee and snacks as well. This would be a perfect place for a family as it essentially has a kids wing complete with a living space and fun video/arcade games. The house was spotless and the check in check out process was seamless. Grab this place if you can!

Wonderful place to stay. My son and I really liked this place. Large living area. Could easily house 6+ people. One thing could help. Let your guests know they need to bring fresh water to drink. OR have a few bottles in the fridge for your guests.
