We are a bit surprised by the rating of three stars because the listing very clearly states this is a private apartment unit (not a single family home) inside a small, quiet apartment complex. That is exactly why we are able to keep the price so affordable while still providing a clean, fully equipped space with two bedrooms and everything you needed (Wi Fi, smart TVs, full kitchen, early check in, and more). The property type is labeled Apartment right at the top of the listing, and the address and photos show the building context. We are sorry this was not the type of property you were hoping for. No issues were mentioned during your stay, and we had offered early check in as soon as cleaning was complete. If anything else could have made your experience better, we would genuinely love to hear it so we can improve for future guests. We clean thoroughly between stays, and we regret this fell short. We checked in during the visit but heard no issues, which would have let us fix them quickly. Post-review, we inspected deeply, refreshed bedding, assessed mattresses for better comfort, and checked shower fixtures. Upon your arrival, you expressed dissatisfaction with the property, which is a well-maintained, value-priced apartment complex. Shortly after check-in, you reported a missing TV remote. Our team responded promptly by sending someone over to assist, and when a thorough search wasn't possible at that moment, we purchased and delivered a new remote right away. The original remote was later found under the couch. You also mentioned a strong cleaning scent, so we opened doors and windows to air out the space immediately. We addressed the flickering kitchen light by replacing the bulb the same evening and offered to inspect other concerns in person, with our team reviewing everything after checkout to make necessary adjustments, including additional cleaning and repairs to the blinds (which our pre-arrival photos confirm were intact and functional). You completed the full four-night reservation without formally canceling through VRBO, and we appreciate all feedback to help us improve.
