Circleback Cabin is a brand-new luxury cabin, with construction completed in December 2022!

Cozy 1-story, 4 bedroom (4 King Bedrooms with ensuite baths) modern cabin that will sleep up to 12 guests, making it ideal for 2-3 families, or a large group of close friends with 4 king rooms! The floor plan is perfect for large groups, providing plenty of privacy and large indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. Our property features ~2,100 sqft of air conditioned living space, as well as an additional ~500 sqft of covered patio.

The property sits on a large, 1.75-acre lot on a small street with very little traffic, and plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles.

There are 4 large King Master Suites (15’x13’ each; including ensuite full baths). One of the King Master Suites includes a twin daybed with trundle. Two of the King Master Suites feature a fold-out full size futon. The final Master Suite has a single fold out chair along with a workstation and chair.

Our living room, bedrooms, and patio are all equipped with Smart TV’s (65" in living room and patio), with high speed internet (100MB download speed plan which is the fastest available in Broken Bow) allowing you to connect to any of your streaming services.

The large open living area provides space and comfort for the whole family. The open living space is a combination of living, dining and kitchen area. The living area features an indoor fire place and 65 inch tv, with a large sectional sofa and 2 lounge chairs – plenty of room for guests to gather for a movie or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. We also have a half bath just off the living area, for the convenience of all guests.

Next to the living area sits the dining room, featuring a huge modern dining table, which
comfortably seats 10+ guests, as well as a counter-height island with additional seating for 4. You’ll enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for enjoying coffee, cocktails, or a casual meal at the beautiful kitchen island. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a flat top stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. We provide coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper and basic spices for your convenience.

Circleback Cabin offers entertainment options for kids and adults, both indoors and outdoors. As comfortable as the inside is, you’ll want to spend plenty of time outdoors, where you can enjoy endless games of corn hole, washers, ring toss, or exploring the property. And don’t forget to bring your marshmallows, for relaxing around our large fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs!

If relaxing is more your style, you’ll love our large patio, where you can kick back and enjoy the flames from the outdoor fireplace, or have a nice soak in the 7-person hot tub!
In addition to outdoor entertainment options, you can prepare and enjoy a delicious meal on our spacious, covered patio, which includes a propane grill (propane included), as well as a large outdoor dining table that seats 10+ guests.
