We loved the home and it was perfect for our group of eight. We utilized and loved the hot tub and appreciated being so convenient to Zion NP. The property exceeded our expectations and we would 100% recommend to others. One minor maintenance note - the sink drain in the Desert Vista (?) bedroom would not pop up.

Happy place

We enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable home immensely. It was a perfect set-up for the four couples. We all loved the indoor and outdoor spaces and the nearby swimming hole in the Virgin River.

Zion & Bryce Home Base

This home is incredible! Perfect location for visiting Zion, and within driving distance to Kanarra Falls, Bryce Canyon, and more! Well kept, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. If I'm ever back in the area with a large group, this would be my go-to home fore sure!

Beautiful inside and outside!

We came to Utah for the beautiful vistas and outdoor hiking… we doubled the beautiful surroundings staying in this home. It is even better than the pictures! Super clean, amazing views out of every window, well appointed, quiet private street (other than a daily road runner sighting!) 15 min commute to Zion and nicely out of the hustle and bustle of Springdale, cute touristy place walkable across the street for ice cream, less than 10 minutes from grocery stores/gas, 2 hrs from Bryce, 3 hrs from Antelope, etc. Don’t hesitate to book… Synthia was excellent and responsive in coordinating as well. Overall wonderful stay and better than advertised!

Great place to stay visiting Zion

We enjoyed our stay, as the house had a luxury feel and was well equipped. It was in a quiet area with great views of the mountains and convenient to Zion. Nice kitchen to cook in, large TV sitting area, along with a grilling area, were some of my favorite aspects of the property.

Best home ever

"I'll never be able to stay anywhere else ever." That was our daughters quote when she entered the front door of this gorgeous home. The online photos create an expectation of excellence and the home delivers. The views from the large windows are extradentary. The inside was spacious with many amenities (well stocked kitchen, baths, and laundry). The hot tub, stargazing area, and patio areas were equally wonderful.It was a bit of a drive from Zion, but well worth it! Zion was busy, this home was serenity.

Family trip with teens

This home is wonderful and was a lovely home base for several days worth of excursions in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer! It was a gorgeous house with all the amenities and would be a perfect space for three or four couples looking for a vacation spot in Zion. We would absolutely visit again.

Wow!!! Amazing Retreat!!

What a LOVELY home with absolutely STUNNING views!! Excellent location to Zion.The house has such attention to detail and they have everything covered to make sure your stay is a great one! The hot tub and fire pit were so nice to enjoy outdoors over looking the incredible landscape.The owners had fantastic communication and were absolutely salt of the earth people.Will DEFINITELY tell friends about this amazing place! Can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous house!

Wish we would have planned to stay longer. All bedrooms had en suite bathrooms which was a bonus. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful!

great property but some suggestions

Overall it was great. But it could use more guest instructions on how to use the amenities for example the firepits, hot tub, and HVAC. TV instructions could have been more useful. We really appreciated that the property was fully stocked with soaps and kitchen supplies. Thank you

Not enough time to enjoy it all

Unfortunately we were only there overnight so not able to enjoy all of the amenities. Did get a morning hot tub before heading out. Really appreciated the coffee and bottled water on site. Would love to come back and stay awhile!

Gorgeous and Luxurious

Everything about this house is so amazing. It is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever rented and there have been many. The pictures of the house are spot on. But you have to see it in person. We wished we could have stayed longer. You won’t be disappointed.
