We offer a beautiful brick ranch home with Pool, fenced yard, and entertaining space! Close to everything but quiet and private! Packed with amenities to make your stay more comfortable!

Perfectly located between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum and the airport. The host had an emergency and hired a cleaning crew to come in before our check in. The cleaning crew missed a few things and I notified the host who was quick to respond and quick to remedy. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back for the new attractions.

My girlfriends and I rented the pool house for a relaxing weekend away. The host responded quickly to messages, the beds were comfy, the neighborhood was established and quiet, and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The pool had lots of floats and was clean. We really enjoyed it. With some TLC, this place could be a gem. The landscaping doesn’t look as though it has been touched this year and is filled with weeds, even around the pool. The deck could use a good washing and the paint on the fence and facing of the deck is chipping badly. They have clearly made an effort to update the inside of the home, but even there it needs some love. There are cracks in the walls and ceiling, chips in paint on the walls and kitchen cabinets, areas around the doorknobs are very dirty. We were chilly the first night and grabbed the comforters off the bunk beds to use as we watched a movie, only to find what looked like blood stains on both. When I spoke with Tyler he was apologetic and offered to bring new linens but we declined. Overall, we had a nice getaway.

I’m sad to see such a poor review of 6/10 stars when we offered to bring fresh linens late at night and accommodated your every request. Our landscaping is in the process of being torn out and replaced as the bushes had grown too big for the area. The shrubs had just been removed prior to your stay, and right after your stay the entire property received a cleanup along with new mulch in the beds. It is important to us that we do not interfere with your stay to do yard work or maintenance, so we stop all work and resume at checkout. This makes it so that our guests can be comfortable and not feel like we are hovering, but it also means that projects can’t always be completed in the five hours between guests. I wish we could’ve earned more than a 60% rating from you, but I do appreciate the feedback.

We had a wonderful stay in this house which was true to listing. The neighborhood is great with nearby shopping and restaurants. Check in/Check out was easy. Would stay here again.

Was perfect for my husband and I to stay and have the opportunity to bring our fur babies with us. Due to an unexpected emergency back home we had to cut our trip short but we did get to go to the Ark Encounter. It was fabulous!

The hosts are very nice and responded to all communication promptly. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the house. The pool and pool area were worn, but clean and functional. The kids loved having one. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice. With some TLC the dwelling could be awesome. There were many things that were worn and need attention. (I took pictures of many of them.) The furniture is worn, but clean. The carpets are older, but also clean. The kitchen is stocked, but we found dirty utensils in the drawer. Most of the furnishings are worn and the decor is skeletal, at best. The beds were good. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and I feel like I am giving an accurate description of what we found. The owners seem like nice people and I hope they will pay attention to the ways in which they can upgrade their rental.

I’m glad you liked the house. I find it a little odd to read your review considering you knew the total price at booking and there were no surprise charges. It may seem expensive you to with a smaller party but our house sleeps 10 people and hotel room(s) for 10 people would be a lot more than this private home with a full kitchen, living room, and fenced yard. I’m sorry you didn’t see the value in our listing, maybe a hotel would be a better fit in the future. Cheers!

Comfortable Beds

The host was very kind and allowed us to check in early after a 14 hour drive from Texas. The house was roomy enough for all 9 of us. Beds were very comfortable.

Great size for our family

Perfect location and size for our family Christmas. Owner even had a tree up which was a nice surprise! Overall comfy place with comfy beds. Kitchen could be better appointed and place could use a deep cleaning. Overall would stay again.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The Ark Encounter & Creation museum were 30 min away. Everyone enjoyed the pool! The owner is very friendly & just a phone call away.
