Leave all your stress and worries behind when visiting Casa Del Mar. Located in one of the friendliest and most serene neighborhoods, our home is ideally located near many of Bradenton’s hotspots. It’s a mere 4.6 miles to Downtown Bradenton, 5.7 miles to the renowned IMG academy, 5.3 miles to the breathtaking Anna Maria Island Beaches and 8 miles to Coquina Beach.

And best of all, we’re only 3 miles to Bradenton’s Robinson Preserve, where you can enjoy all your favorite activities, from horseback riding and hiking to kayaking and jet skiing. And we haven’t even mentioned the other parks and restaurants in the vicinity.

So whether you choose to spend your day visiting Bradenton and Anna Maria Island’s many attractions, or simply wish to lounge around our heated pool with a drink in hand, our home will definitely be the right pick for you!

Furry Friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest/night.
